Staff is lazy! They will grab your $$$, and later on no one care about an outcome of surgery! Need to find different doctor to help me after them

I had a ultra sound for a blood clot in my arm which I have been on eliquis for. However a clot was found in my chest in the subcalvein and he proceed to tell me to stop taking the eliquis. I have been in eliquis since 9/21 for my arm why would I stop it now that you are finding a clot in my chest?? Also never bothered to send me for a CAT scan to check. Thank god for my PCP!!! I will be searching for a new vascular Dr.

The staff here was amazingly rude and lazy. There was a delay in filing the paperwork to my insurance which wound up delaying my treatment by six months. And I never once received an apology. Do yourself a favor and head to one of the many other vein centers in Fairfield County. I've not been to any others yet, but it's hard to imagine they could be worse.
