Rude and abrasive bedside manner. The worst I’ve ever experienced. Left in tears. Unfortunately I have to find another physician. Dr. Ferzandi is doing the medical profession a disservice if the patient is treated so poorly to the point of being discouraged from seeking help. Could never recommend Dr. Ferzandi.

I recently had surgery performed by Dr. Ferzandi and she literally gave me my life back! Dr. Ferzandi was extremely professional and explained care options in a way that I was able to understand. She respected my choices and supported my decisions. In addition to being highly skilled, Dr. Ferzandi was compassionate, dedicated and reassuring. Staff was very courteous and willing to assist. I would definitely recommend this doctor to family and friends.

Dr. Ferzandi, Performed surgery on my mom and did an amazing job. She treated my mom like she was her only patient. She listened to all of our concerns and answered all of our questions. She was available whenever we needed her. She goes above and beyond!!!!!!!! I would highly recommend her again and again. Thank you for all the care you gave my mom. The way you treated her shows how much you care about your patients and are really there for them and their families.

I could not speak more highly of Dr. Ferzandi and her whole medical and office staff. The attention and care they show during surgical procedures, the care leading up to, and after was the most reassuring and comforting care I have ever received. She truly knows how to break down all the barriers of concern. My procedure has shown such positive results. I could not be more pleased. I would recommend Tufts Medical to increase her staff. It could only increase higher satisfaction for all.

Dr Ferzandi made me feel very comfortable right away. Her bedside manner was terrific, she was extremely informative, and very thorough. Highly recommended

Dr. Ferzandi showed disrespect for patient and for other providers' diagnoses & treatment. Poor bedside manner: immediately hostile, she made appointment into more of an interrogation than a consultation. Staff seem ill-prepared & confused, did not explain procedures.Location is not very accessible: clinic has heavy doors with no door opener; no place to pay& wait inside for valet parking, must to travel to end of the block, down a side street, and then wait in outside on a sidewalk for car.
