Dr. Tamir H Keshen

Dr. Keshen is an experienced doctor whose heart is in the right place! He did a magnificent job with my Nuss bar procedure and I am forever in his debt.

My son had a appendix ruptured and he was treated in Santa Maria Hospital, but nothing was being done, until we met Dr. Keshen he is a amazing doctor ????‍⚕️!! Great manner, my son who is 11 felt extremely comfortable with him. He needed surgery and he made him feel very safe and explained in detail what was going to be done. I Would extremely recommend Dr. Keshen to any child! Super nice and fantastic surgeon! Dr. Keshen and his whole staff made my daughter and I feel super welcome and supported! They all communicate with me in such a clear and timely manner, super friendly, answered all my questions, and not to mention had amazing COViD precautions. Before and after surgery Dr. Keshen was always available if either myself or my daughter and over all hey made the whole process super smooth and easy going!! I have no words to describe how amazing Dr Keshen was since he took over the care of my son. His very knowledgeable, compassionate, and explain everything that was being done to my child. This took me a while to write since I don't usually write reviews, but I figure this was a good experience, and it is good to share so others have a reference to go by. Last year Dr. Keshen did surgery on my son. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the produce he was going to do. I really appreciated it that he listened to my concerns and considerations in regard to the type of surgery for my son. He was not pushy in telling me what is was best, instead he understood and made me feel that the choice was good. The hospital where he performed the surgery was very nice and accomodating. The nurses made my son feel super comfortable. They even provided me food for staying in the recovery room while waiting for my son. Thank you for making my son feel at ease during the procedure. Outstanding Surgeon. Was a complete professional from the second we walked in to when he came and met with us after the operation he performed on our son. His office staff walked us through the whole process and everything was explained and covered. We were so happy to have him as our Doctor. Can't say enough good things about the our experience. Highly recommend.

Dr Keshen made it easy for our 3 yr old to feel comfortable during the appointment. All information regarding surgery was well explained to us. I'm glad my child is under his care.

Couldn't be happier with the care of our son. Dr Keshen did an amazing job. We walked I to his office scared and worried, but walked out with the confidence knowing our son was going to be well cared for. He answered all our questions and concerns. He has great bedside manner and we highly recommend his services.

Dr. Keshen is an incredibly talented surgeon. The physical, cosmetic and psychological benefits of my son's surgery were life changing. He has a very patient and supportive demeanor, explaining the procedure clearly to us and our son. He respected a nervous mom's feelings and allowed us time to decide. He also included my son in the decision making. Dr. Keshen is a parent and his compassion and kindness shows to his patients and their parents. Santa Barbara is very fortunate to have him!

Dr. Keshen and his staff are like family to us now!! After a year of surgical treatment, my son is doing great!! He has always taken very good care of us and I would recommend him to anyone with a child facing surgery. He has saved my son's life!! He gave him back his teenage years! I cannot say enough about how wonderful he is!!

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Keshen! He was so confident and not in an arrogant way. My son had a hernia in his right groin. I dreaded having to have him put through surgery. I instantly knew everything was going to be okay upon meeting Dr. Keshen. This procedure is a routine practice for him and the results have more than proven his abilities and competency. Dr. Keshen is the best! Upon first meeting him he is confident, but not arrogant. He truly knows his field and is wonderful with patients and their parents! I cannot recommend him enough. He performed my sons hernia operation, something I dreaded since he was two months old. As soon as I met Dr. Keshen I knew my son was in good hands. This procedure turned out to be a routine practice for Dr. Keshen. Trust me when I say, your child is in wonderful hands! I cannot thank him enough!!!
