Dr. Sylvia T Dold

Awful. The staff was fine when it was slow first thing in the morning, but as soon as patients started showing up a few at a time, they became less than professional, yelling instructions across the waiting room. The nurse that took me back would not pronounce my name correctly even after I said it for her, and I promise you it is not hard, it rhymes with house. Doctor Dold seemed perplexed as to why I was there. Knowing full well it was a positive blood test that brought me in. Basically told me even if anything was found in bloodwork, nothing would be done. Dismissed and spoke loudly over me when I tried to calmly ask a question clearly getting emotional. Feeling like she did not care about me as a patient one bit.

Dr Dold is a great doctor. Great bedside manner. Very knowledgeable. Her staff is always friendly and helpful. I would recommend Dr Dold to anyone needing a rheumatologist.

Dr Dold is one of the best doctors I have ever met. She is always willing to listen to me and address my concerns.

Dr. Dold did not listen and laughed at me. She dismissed my case, telling me that my chronic pain was all in my head. I've heard that others had a good experience with her, but I did not. Unless you have a severe and clear cut case, do not seek her help.

Do not waste your time nor money going to see her.. She does not careMy husband ended up in the hospital But she still did not care. Please go to a Dr. that will help you and actually have feelings.

Doctor Dold is fantastic and caring; however, her staff is the worst I have ever seen. I am leaving her practice not because of her but because of her staff and their inability to do their job. Good luck getting anyone at her office to care, and be ready to call over and over, hold forever and not get a call back.

I had a scheduled appointment for today. I thought it was for 9:30. Her office said it was for 9:15. I arrived at 9:27. Today’s weather is horrible with rain and thunderstorms!! I dodged all sorts of accidents!! So being 12 minutes late the nurse came into the waiting room and said I would not be seen today!! No grace period, nothing!! Dr. Dold took the time to explain the condition, options for treatment, and was able to arrange testing right away, allowing me to get faster treatment and relief.

Amazing doctor, found issues that nobody else could. She found actual issues with my SI joint and diagnosed ankylosing spondylitis. Has kept up with adjusting medication as necessary and done a great job with follow ups. Kind, comparing, compassionate. Is willing to try different things when needed.

I waited for months for see Dr. Sylvia Dold in Rheumatology and she was unbelievably rude, aggressive and contradicted things that I said and made sure that I knew within minutes of getting into her office that our visit would be brief. She ordered a few labs and when they came in she had an office worker call me to let me know that they were normal and "not to follow up". Dr. Dold is a wonderful doctor. Dr. Dold takes time to listen and cover all your worries.

Caring and understanding physician.Takes time to get to know her patient. Presents positive feedback, when it comes to diagnostics and appropriate solutions. Really put me at ease!

DR. DOLD is absolutely the most caring Dr I have found in my 54 years. She is honest, through and most importantly she listens and cares about getting you the answers to gaining better health.

Cancels more appointments than she keeps with no regard to patient well being.

If I could give zero stars I would...Waited 3 monthes for an appointment I called August 18 2019to make the appt was given a date of November 24 2019,then the day before my appointment at 4PM she cancelled my visit and the office stated they would rescheduale me after Thanksgiving holiday.They did send me a notice in MY CHART ,NGHS online communication with patients ,that I had been reschedualed for April1,2020.Poorest possible care from a physician I have ever experienced.Waiting over 7 monthes shows no concern for a patient.Then a review is solicted from NGHS.

What a genuine, caring, compassionate doctor she is. Never met such a caring doctor who takes time to listen and really understand. Grateful for her kindness.

Dr. Dold is great! Always willing to listen to my concerns. She loves to hear how my life is going. Dr Dold always has a smile on her face.

She has stuck by me to get to the issues I’ve been having and has never doubted me. When I came to her I was ready to end it all. The pain, fatigue and all was unbearable. All these drs I had seen treated me as a liar just out for meds. It’s becoming a real issue, that drs will not help patients with chronic pain anymore bc they think their lying. She never thought this way!! She also never jumped to prescribe anything either. That wasn’t what I wanted or needed. I needed answers! She knows now since ive been her patient for 4 years now that I’m not a malingerer! I refuse to take the step to narcotics for fear of them ruining my life. So now she has finally found me with rheumatoid and fibromyalgia and psoriatic arthritis all combined. After extensive testing. And a long period of time she chipped away at it and finally found my answers. I feel incredible now. I’m still not on narcotics but on a cocktail to help the root of these issues. And I’m so much better. This narcotics issue has caused so much more pain and agony in folks that don’t deserve to be treated this way. Thank you dr sold for all you do for me!! I've been seeing her for years for psoriatic arthritis she takes time with me she listens to me . With such love and compassion wish they were more doctors like her!!! she really cares about her patients

Dr. DOLD is caring and compassionate .She cares about you not only as a patient but as a person too. Her staff is warm , and professional .She takes time to listen to you and she makes sure you understand your treatment plan. My husband and I have been going to her practice for years. She is wonderful.

I am extremely thankful and grateful for finding Dr. Dold. Her listening skills, kindness and attention to details are magnificent. She takes the time to explain everything very clearly and with great care! After a few visits and a few tests, she was able to diagnose my physical symptoms which I have been dealing with for the past several years. The recommended treatment has been helping me tremendously and I look forward in continuing my care with Dr. Dold. She is an amazing Rheumatologist!

I don't think i would be alive today without finding Dr Dold. She is a kind, compassionate listening Md. I began seeing her apps 8 yrs ago. I have had no issues with scheduling and recommend her highly.

Dr. Dold has given me great treatment and is always pleasant and kind. She helped me with a diagnosis of vasculitis and a treatment plan that has been extremely successful. It is a little hard to get a quick appointment, but that means she has lots of patients! I really would recommend Dr. Dold.

2 months into new med, my RA flared up terribly; I could hardly get around. Called Dr. Dold's office for an apt. I got one that day only for the office to call me back an hr later canceling it, telling me that there was nothing they could do and to call my orthopedics office b/c I probably just need a knee replacement earlier than the projected one yr. She just dumped me onto another doctor w/o even seeing me. So rude and disrespectful. I WILL NOT be going back to see her. Rude office staff too
