Dr. Syed A Asad

I saw him once and was pawned off to a PA. He didn't read any of my history decided one thing and passed me on without any help and rushed appt. I continue to decline and have seizures and I do get the feeling that nobody in the office cares. Furthermore, when another doctor read me some of his records I started to cry because it was all completely fabricated lies. Was not interested in finding root cause but instead drugging me with pills that never helped.

As most have stated, when you are in front of him, you are his only patient. Listens, responds & always has an answer. Also, his P A (Emily) is just as attentive and always checks with him if she is unsure of any questions. I am so blessed that my primary sent me to Dr. Asad & feel very confident in their hands & having that confidence & trust goes a long way in how you physically feel. I am not trying to speak for anyone else, but the treatment I have received from him & his staff has been exceptional. (Please note below that the email is valid & the only one I have ever used, however, I will give you my husband’s until AT&T gets mine straight.

I was pawned off on Dr. Asad after my neurologist "left the practice" Dr. Asad was dismissive of me & migraine issues treating me as if I was not worth his time. Was this because of my former Neurologist, his partner, or bc this is typical for him. Ex: I was told by the PA, after an MRI that I had a debilitating brain disease and I needed to see Asad's partner. But could not get an appmt for 2 weeks. For those 2 weeks, I contemplated that I had 5 years before I would be totally debilitated - a physical burden on my husband and children. (I did not tell my family the prognosis bc I didn't want to upset them - but I researched the condition every night, looked for specialists, cried myself to sleep) When I saw his partner, w/o examining me or looking at my file, he pronounced that I didn't have the condition and there was nothing wrong with me and walked out of the room. Would never go this practice or see either of these so called Dr's.

I would not want to trust my care to anyone else. Dr Asad really cares about you as a person. No matter how crazy his schedule and day is, when he’s with you he focuses 100% of his attention on you. He does not rush your visit ever. You feel like you are the only thing he has to do that day. More than this is that he is an expert at what he does. He spends a lot of time learning about ALL effects that your particular condition is having on your daily life. He doesn’t just conduct, tests, give results and prescribe meds. My first 2 visits that I had with him, he listened with such patience and attentiveness for a long time as I talked his ear off about what I was dealing with and how it was affecting my life, relationships and work. He is the best there is.

Dr. Asad is thorough, takes time to explain condition and treatment plan, and shows kindness and compassion. His office follows up quickly with questions and concerns.
