Syed Haider Abbas

Dr. Abbas is great. Takes a personal interest in his patients. When I met him, I could barely walk but in conjunction with my primary physician, he had me walking in two weeks. Been with him ever since. (Two years). Kind and considerate. I think he's great.

Dr. Abbas is thorough and calm. He takes time to listen, and he seems glad to answer all my questions. It never feels like he's just trying to hurry to the next person. I really appreciate that because it's important to me to be part of my health team, not just the recipient of directions.

Dr Abbas has been my Rheumatologist for 12 years. He diagnosed me with Lupus in 2008. I’m a very complicated patient with five autoimmune diseases. He is hands down the reason I am still alive today. I’m a Registered Nurse and I recommend him highly for your Rheumatology needs. Can’t say enough about this Doctor. Love him dearly.

Dr. Abbas has been treating me for over 5 years. He is always respectful and courteous, but most importantly he is extremely knowledgeable. I respect him, and have great confidence in his abilities.

very nice doctor,very thorough,talks to me for awhile examines me,makes reccomendations,and then follows through. explains everything he is going to do before doing it. he talks very nicely to you,very understanding. I think he is a great doctor!really am grateful to have him as a doctor!

Dr. Haider Abbas- Rheumatology is at Lexington Clinic in Lexington, KY. I have been going to him for about 15 years. This respected man is an unbelievable doctor. He really cares about his patients. Dr. Abbas has kept me alive and functioning for 10 years. After visiting several providers who were unable to help me, Dr.Abbas diagnosed my condition at my first visit. In addition to being an excellent practitioner, Dr. Abbas has never failed to show me his kindness, patience, and understanding. I cannot thank him enough for all he has done for me over the years.

Hello my name is norma risner I am writing this to let other people know what kind of serve i recieved from dr syed haider abbas, i was to see him at his lexington clinic office, upon arrival i was told he did not accept my insurance so i left, a few days later i got a letter from him stating normal cell counts,liver and kidneys good, and i NEVER EVEN SAW HIM.

Dr. Abbas is friendly, compassionate, knowledgable, and thorough. I have been seeing him for three years for my rheumatoid arthritis. He always walks me out after the appointment to the receptionist to discuss future appts. and/or lab work. He keeps a very close eye on my labs because I give myself Humira injections. Often when I call his office I am able to speak to him personally and have even been able to talk to him on weekends on his cell. Ireally can't say enough good things about him.

Dr. A basis the kindest Doctor I have ever seen. He is so gentle, though I have severe pain, that I can withstand the exam easily and do not have lingering problems with pain that almost makes my joints unusualness for a short period of time, as has happened with other doctors. it seems to see his patients as individuals, not a name in in a chart.
