You go there once, and her office continues to send new bills every week for the same visit. They prescribe tests indiscriminately.

The doctor seems OK, but her office bills you too much. They order too many unnecessary tests to be done at their own office for extra money.

My visit was so so. The bills have not stopped coming. Her office bills you like crazy.

Dr. Bharadwaj has saved me from a life time of pain. She is extremely personable, professional and an exceptional physician. Always available to answer any of my questions. She, Kristin and the staff at the office are extremely professional, while making you feel like you are their only concern for the day. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

After years (since 2012) of seeing Dr Bharadwaj, I feel I’ve now been passed off to her assistant. When I make my follow up appointments, I am not given the option and it’s frustrating to have built a relationship with the Dr and then start over with someone else. If there was another practice close to my area in Sun Lakes, I’d leave AARA in a heartbeat. I don’t feel that I’m getting the answers and care I once did. Dr. Bharadwaj has been my RA doctor for about 6 years. She is very knowledgeable and smart. She is caring and has listened to me. I hope she stays on my insurance plan.

Dr. Swati Bharadwaj is incredible. Not only has she taken great care of my health, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It's rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and a care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend becoming her patient!

I have a diagnosed genetic connective tissue disorder that causes chronic pain. I went to her to see if I have developed arthritis anywhere, which is sometimes caused by my disorder. After finding out I don’t have arthritis or any autoimmune disorders (but the x rays showed that I have scoliosis in my low back and neck), she told me that I shouldn’t be on my pain medication (which is the only thing making my pain tolerable) and that its just depression. Stay away.

I came to Dr. Bharadwaj for help. To my disappointment, Dr. Bharadwaj was rude and condescending and provided absolutely no help. To you readers, who are looking for a doctor with compassion and empathy, and a doctor who is able to think outside the box, I would highly discourage you from seeing Dr. Bharadwaj. Might I add, a family member was with me during the visit with Dr. Bharadwaj and witnessed the entire exchange. They were also extremely disappointed with the doctor’s behavior.

Dr. B is wonderful! She is caring, consistent, understanding and listens. She has advised me on all of my options available for the treatment of my RA diagnosis. Dr. B monitors all of my labs to ensure my organs are not negatively affected by the medication (Remicaid infusions). Because of Dr. B working closely with me, I am now on a medication that is working very well for me. I highly recommend her for any patient who needs an extremely competent Rheumatologist.

On my first visit I was very nervous and didn’t know what to expect but Dr ‘B’ put me at ease from the moment she walked into the exam room. She was very attentive & took time to explain my condition to me in a way that I could understand it. She shows genuine concern for me and my health. She stays on top of my treatments & medications and because of her, I am doing well to this day. I highly recommend her as a provider. Last but not least, Dr. ‘B’s’ staff is very welcoming & extremely helpful.

Dr. Bharadwaj is the best I have worked with in AZ. She is my second opinion because the first Doctor didn't understand my fear. Dr.B was very understanding of how scared I was to be just 30 years old and diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. I thought my world was ending. She assured me we would work together for a solution and she has continued to do so for 2 years now. Her front desk staff, research associates, and PA are amazing also. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

While she asks if the patient has questions, she's difficult to talk to and seems dismissive of patient symptoms. She never addressed a couple issues I had, and then suggested the symptoms we discussed were due to depression (which I don't have). I have no doubt that if your labs are straightforward and extreme that she can diagnose you, but otherwise I would pick a different doctor, though her staff is wonderful.

Dr. Bharadwaj is very informative, she takes her time with you. Her patience with me was very appreciated because I am definitely not the best patient. She answers questions and truly cares for her patients. The office staff is awesome, they are very helpful and get to know you by first name.
