Dr. Holbrook is dismissive and disinterested in listening to a parents concern. Ive taken my child to Dr.Holbrook for multiple issues (ear infenction, uti), both times she assumed he was fine until results came back. With the UTI, she sent us home insisting he was stressed and that was why our child (who was fully potty trained) suddenly had multiple accidents two days in a row. It turned out he had a UTI, she didn't lead with this on the call, in fact she lead with the medical virus (which as a layman you would have no idea what it was) and when she asked if he had any accidents I told her no, but he had also been with my mom who he adores all weekend. She didn't want to treat the UTI, I had to insist and when I asked her to repeat the medical term so I could share it with my husband this is when she finally told me it was a UTI. Her ending phrase- "Uhuh, bye bye". Could not be less personable or interested in the well being of my child.

She has been an amazing doctor for both of my children:)

We adore Dr. Holbrook. She takes time to listen and answer all of our questions. We’ve never felt rushed through a visit and she always has a warm welcome and excellent demeanor throughout the exam. We follow a plant-based diet and were concerned that finding a pediatrician with the relevant knowledge to support us would be difficult, but Dr. Holbrook has been wonderful and has offered us excellent advice as to how to ensure our child is getting all the nutrients needed. We chose Dr. Holbrook over other doctors who were much closer to our home, but we feel very strongly that our child is in good hands with her. I’d recommend her to anyone looking for a pediatrician.

Very friendly. She listen the concerns and guide accordingly.

I love Dr. Holbrook. I’m sad I had to change insurance, so my kids don’t see her anymore, but if I had a choice, I would without question choose Dr. Holbrook.

We love Dr. Holbrook at Sunnyside Pediatrics! She is so caring and attentive. She lets me voice all of my concerns and doesn't make me feel crazy as a new mom. Highly recommend her and this practice!

She is the best doctor, I've seen her for both of my kids. I won't see anyone else. She uses the best combination of natural and western medicine. A god send!

Suzanne is a top notch medical provider. My kids love her and her nurse, Roberta. I never feel rushed, and they genuinely listen to all of my concerns. Best pediatrician in the valley.

She had a holistic view on many things which I don't mind but she wouldn't take the best approach sometimes when medicine was needed or a different approach would have been better. She didn't Listen very well just kind of nodded and then did what she thought rather than taking it case by case. I switched doctors so uncoils have someone who looked at the problem as a whole and didn't compare my child to an average rather than my child's personal info.

I love this place! Dr. Holbrook and her staff is amazing! they always make sure that my son is taken care of and comfortable.
