I was so disappointed with my experience with Dr. Roberts. She “repaired” a severed nerve in my hand and when no progress was made after months of PT, she offered no advice or compassion; basically a “whoopsie.” When I pointed out a dark colored bulge at the incision site that if pressed resulted in an intense sharp shooting pain, she muttered to herself “I know I got all the stitches out.” At the next follow up appointment I asked for an additional mri in case it was in fact part of a stitch that needed to be removed. She was very defensive and said it couldn’t be possible. Ultimately, I’m left with a completely numb index finger that impacts my life daily and am no better off than before I saw her. Also, her white coat had stains on it every time I saw her - unprofessional and likely unsanitary.

Had my elbow operated on,Dr Roberts was great,I would highly recommend her.

Dr Roberts is an amazing surgeon she takes her time explaining everything to you and the family and does it with love. She made my mother’s surgery so much more easier knowing that she was her surgeon we felt so much better and her sweetness made my mother at ease. Thank You!!!
