Found her rushed. Had to probe and ask questions - details were not offered. She performed a removal of a basil cell cancer which she did well - but feedback was not provided. I want to be informed - not willingly provided - not a good bed side manner.

Don't go here unless you want to be over charged and waste time. Very bad attitude, staff does not care and probably reflects the doctors' lack of commitment to patients. One of the few options in Key Biscayne but certainly not the best option. Won't go back!!

Wish there was a rating below 1 star. Was in the waiting room for over 1 hour. Then brought into an exam room. Needed to use restroom but NO ONE was around to ask where it was, I believe they were all at lunch. I continued waiting for a total of another hour, looked around and still no one was around. I left after being there for 2 hours, never seeing anyone except the tech who brought me into the exam room.

Save your time and money and do not go to this dermatologist. I went because she had such great reviews, but notice that they are from years ago. Things have sadly changed. I went for laser treatment which I had purchased and called before to ask whether it was still covered under my precious purchase. The front desk employee indicated it was. They put me in the room, medicated me, and then an hour later told me that they had made a mistake and that it was not still part of the plan I’d purchased. I asked for documentation of my original purchase and they indicated they don’t have copies because they don’t have written contracts, only oral contracts. In addition to having already medicated me, they took off my mask to apply it. After taking off my mask to apply medication, the doctor told me that they’re short staffed because 5 of her nurses tested positive for COVID. Despite there clearly being some sort of outbreak in their office, appointments were not modified or canceled. Don’t go

Solo te quieren cobrar la consulta sin apenas mirate,es penoso como la medicina y por ende la ética médica en este país es un desastre ,porque dejamos de ser pacientes para convertirnos en clientes ????

Very Long office wait. Can be placed on wait over the phone for extended times. Dr. and staff cordial and helpful. Very crowded.

Dr. k.houri is quite a professional. I'm very happy to had her performed the procedure. As a matter of fact knew I was in the best hands with the best staff also. Thank you vey much, Dr. Khouri.

I am a new patient of Dr Khouri and was just recently seen by her and her staff to remove two cancers off my face. She normally only does one at a time, but due to the fact that I live so far away from her office, she cared enough to do both of them the same day. I couldn't be more pleased with her and her office personnel. After the removal I was then sent upstairs to the plastic surgeon whom I also give high recommendations.

Very efficient and knowledgeable when it come to acne. I was embarrassed going out in public, no I get all compliments after 4 months of seeing her.

Nicest staff (shout out to Yunesty!) and most professional medical care anywhere. I have been a patient of Dr Leal-Khouri for over 20 years and recommend her highly
