Dr. Susan Marie Wilde

PLEASE DO NOT HIRE HER. She lacks professionalism and respect towards her clients. She disrespected me, yelled at me, and put me down because of my trauma. She will bully you and treat you like you are nothing. She told me that there were other people suffering more than me and because of that, I was not a priority. She blamed my trauma on me and told me I was the problem. She is not a doctor and needs to have her license revoked.

Dr. Susan Wilde lacks professionalism and respect towards her clients. My family retained her services for a psychology evaluation report. We were initially informed that the report would be ready in 7-10 days after the completed evaluation. She charged us $500 for this report and rapidly set up the zoom meeting and charged us. The evaluation was done in April 2022 and by June 2022, nothing was received. We sent various emails asking for an update and no response was ever received. We repeatly asked if she needed assistance or required more information from us to complete the report. Due to our emails not being answered, we decided to call Dr. Wilde. Our phone conversations were very short and kept promising the report would be sent by the end of the day. We allowed 2 days time to follow up and again, we were promised that it would be sent that same day. In our last follow-up call, Dr. Wilde truly showcased her professionalism. Dr. Wilde began to yell, scream, and not allow one word from us during this phone call. She made disrespectful comments such as our case was not important, it did not have urgency, and she had other cases that were a priority. She further used my family's trauma and abuse as an excuse for our family's anguish of not having this report done. While trying to get a word in, I tried explaining that two (2) months had passed by and this report had not been completed. I asked Dr. Wilde why she informed us that the report would be completed in 7-10 days? Dr. Wilde responded by stating that she was unaware of her caseload and that if she could provide us with a serious deadline, it would be completed by the end of the calendar year. Dr. Wilde then proceeded by yelling to not call her ever again and hang up the phone. I have never experience such mistreatment by a doctor the way that Dr. Wilde treated us. Our family has always shown kindness towards her and not once did we raise our voice at her. Our family would of much rather appreciated her honesty from the beginning rather than leave us unanswered and fill us up with false hopes. We understand that there might be other cases with greater trauma and abuse that need greater attention, but in what world do you tell a client that they are less-than? Dr. Wilde could of responded in a better manner and not have thrown our family's trauma in our face as a defense. Nonetheless, I highly DO NOT recommend her for any psychology treatment or diagnosis. Dr. Wilde is 66 years old and cannot keep up with today's labor. I truly wish her nothing but the best and hope she reconsiders how to better handle her clients and caseload in the future.

And in her apology letter she calls out an ex client gives me their whole name and the history of the case ..what happened to confidential information.Due to her lies a ex parte hearing was filed no notice to me and never served the papers .A judge granted the orders and I’m not allowed to see my son until I finish this testing with the Lying Psychologist.Why so she can officially write what she wrote before .The Judge wouldn’t even look at my counselors lettter that I have seen for two years ..basically saying she read Dr.Wilde letter and very surprised how she could diagnose and make up such a thing without he doing the testing .Dr.Wilde has several complaints with Allison Urdan talking about they help each other and are nothing but bullies .If they don’t get their way they will lie straight through their teeth .And now because court claim was no time to hear or see my evidence I have to go another three months without seeing my son are do these crazy women test !!!Please for the sake of your children do not go near this Susan Marie Wild .

0 Stars! Dr Wilde should NOT have a license to practice. She is currently under investigation with the Board of Psychology with numerous complaints. If you have an issue, please file a complaint also. She was very verbally and physically abusive to me and my minor child. She grabbed my son by the arms several times and even though I reported her, she continued this behavior. She is not fit to be a Psychologist because she has no ethical standards and her undergrad is in "Chemical Engineering"?? Her Psych degree is from a Night School that shut down due to lack of ethics. Alison Urdan is a corrupt MFT who works for Alameda and Contra Costa counties in different roles as a court officer. Both Alison Urdan & Susan attended the unethical night school together. They align themselves against a parent that Urdan does not like and then falsify Custody Evaluation Reports with hundreds of inaccurate information in an attempt to sway a Judge to believe their bias. Urdan uses Wilde to falsely allege that one parent has a "mental illness" in order to convince a Judge that the child needs to be taken from that parent. There is a proper procedure to diagnose a Mental illness, and Dr Wilde will go to any length to diagnose that parent including changing the results of the tests she administers. She was not even appointed on my case and wasted her precious hours of time trying to abduct my child from me, only to have every Judge see that she is corrupt and unethical. Susan has falsely accused a number of parents and children of having very rare diagnosis like "Stockholm Syndrome" & "Maunchausen by Proxy". If you bring up a concern, she gaslights you and deflects by trying to accuse YOU of some wrong doing. Susan oversteps her role and should be in prison for her criminal acts. Call the District Attorney and file a complaint. She will do absolutely NOTHING to help you and your family. Continuously tries to solicit her abusive Fiddleheads program which is also very bad for children.

My teen filed a restraining order as required by CPS against her dad for abuse. Her dad hired Ms. Urdan to then attack my daughter. And then Ms. Urdan enlisted a friend, Ms. Susan Wilde, to attack her more. Under the guise of a custody evaluation, the two of them bullied and harassed my almost 18-year-old. Ms. Urdan tried to get her fired from her after school job by threatening her custody if she didn't schedule in specific windows, then Ms. Urdan would change the windows like it was a game and because she could, making it impossible for my daughter to go to work. Then she refused to supply doctors noted to her employer. When my daughter put up her boundaries, Ms. Urdan would attack more. She implied she was crazy and a liar during sessions. Suggested she would have to go back to her dad's house or someone would force her so she might as well do it now before the police seized her. (None of this is true, kids of all ages have the right to refuse visitation and custody orders and the police will not force them, in fact, the police will help them resist being taken by force regardless of age. CPS too. I had a CPS agent once tell me she wouldn't give a BABY back to a parent if the BABY was crying no, no, no). This is a man my teen reported drugged and abused her. Ms. Urdan is the worst bully for hire. My perfectly healthy daughter finally checked herself into the emergency room and said she wouldn't leave until she was assured she would never have to see Ms. Urdan, Ms. Wilde, or her father ever again. This was after Ms. Urdan suggested the court order me no contact with my daughter during a pandemic so she'd feel isolated and unsupported. So I complied. Then they say, oh you need to call and tell her to go. So I did that. Not the first time for all this too. One day later with me no contact my teen is at the emergency room saying she won't leave unless they call the judge and get this order changed. It all worked itself out for my daughter but because their manipulation and deceit backfired make it no less despicable. Susan Wilde works with Ms. Alsion Urdan the vindictive. People are afraid to leave bad reviews for either of these women because they retaliate. They retaliate in custody reviews. But please tell me how will they know it's you? This is a numbers game. She's doing 10 reviews at a time. Giving in to that actually doesn't keep you safe from retaliatory custody evaluations, because she's going to retaliate anyway. Just type in a screen name. Or start a second google account for reviews. Start three, Its the life of a whistleblower. I get it, she's holding your kid's custody hostage. This is what people are talking about when they say courage. You are afraid for your kids but its the right thing to do so you do it anyway. You have to speak up or she hurts more families with malpractice. She does this because she enjoys it probably and it makes her a lot of money (assuredly). She has no impulse control. Classic Bully. Report her please, as we did. It's the California Board of Psychology who holds her license google them to use the webform. They will license search for you. It can be done 100% anonymously. Takes 5 minutes. Or you can leave your name as I did. Then they will thoroughly investigate. My kids are older. We are almost out of this abuse of reality and reason and people like the despicable Ms. Urdan and her friend the incorrigible Ms. Wilde. They bully as a team. Stay far far away. These are con women. Ms. Wilde is particularly onerous, it's hard to be worse than Urdan but she is. They are hired by abusers to support abuse. Just makes me shudder! The family courts are so ridiculously out of touch with reality and it's because of people like this woman. And the other JFK grads she works with. What is wrong with that school to produce such awful humans who are so bad at their jobs?

Biased This is the worst most criminally negligent evaluator that there is. Are we sure she's licensed? Did 20 inkblots on zoom and diagnosed ADHD as shared "psychosis." She's worse than criminal. Like a trained monkey if the monkey were trained to pick your pockets and be rude. Traumatizes children. Psychologically assaultive.
