Dr. Susan Raghavan

10 days and they haven't read radiology results. I finally got someone to answer from the useless office staff for them just to say Dr. Raghavan is on vacation! How do you leave without making sure your patients are taken care of first? How do you know let the patient/parent know that it’ll be 2-3 weeks for results? The staff shuts the phones off early. They and the doctor are always leaving early. No after school appointments, ever! Has anyone had them answer the phone after 2:30? The office never has more than one or two patients, so I don't see how they can't "keep up"! They DO NOT go above and beyond ever! They "seem" to care for the few minutes you see them, then they don't follow through. 10 days and they haven't read radiology results. Haven't seen the dr yet but let me tell you like these comments say the staff is rude as hell...I've been trying to get my son in and was trying to explain to her..the staff lady and she said um can you let me finish telling you what I was trying to tell you then I will listen to you

I don't usually leave reviews, but if I were you, I would get a second opinion. My daughter has CPP and this doctor stated the only treatment she offered was the shot every 28 days, she told us the Facebook support groups are not true, and instead of having my daughter get the stem test done at the hospital like most, she did it in office. My assumption is that her main goal is money. The doctor we go to now got the implant approved by insurance, she wants my daughter to be as comfortable as possible because she has SEVERE anxiety about doctors and needles. I hope this helps ????. Dr. Raghaven and her staff are amazing! My boys have been her patients for almost a year. The staff is ALWAYS helpful and go above and beyond to help us with medication questions and if needed help with insurance.

Dr. Raghavan does a fantastic job. She spotted a situation with my 14 year old daughter who was not there for an appt, but noticed just by looking at her that something was wrong. And she was absolutely correct! I have three daughters who are treated by her and I wouldn't take them anywhere else. She and her staff do a great job, and I have been there for appts no less than 60 times over the past 6 years . I have never have an issue, and my daughters medical needs are always met by her. Love Dr. R. and her staff.

Horrible etiquette, and care for peoples well being.

Rude office staff. Silly policies that show the doctor to be arrogant and not truly concerned with the health of children.

Dr. Raghavan is very caring, spent a lot of time explaining things to us, always makes sure our questions are answered, goes above and beyond. She shows great empathy for the kids and our decision-making, is very down-to-earth. Always found the office staff works great with parents and kids. Like to state that this was my PERSONAL experience, and that I am only rating based on the medical care I was given.I went to Dr. Raghavan when I was 12-15 years old. In that period,I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes, and took Metformin of various dosages enrolled in weight loss camps and had test after test run.When I was 15,we found another doctor that tested and found I had normal blood sugar levels and was incorrectly diagnosed.She ruined my self esteem too young, please look elsewhere.

I scheduled an appointment during a time my daughter was in school. I had to call to reschedule & was told I couldn't. My daughter had a pass or fail test that I didn't know about a month ago. They finally agreed to reschedule but gave me so much grief that I'm picking a new doctor.
