My experience with Both Dr. Plotnick and her staff was excellent. They made my first time in the office a smooth transition from prior practices. Everyone was professional and friendly.

I highly recommend Susan S. Plotnick's dental service. I have been using this service for more than 10 years, and have found Susan and her staff to be very smart, friendly, and have provided excellent dental care for my wife and myself. Over the years Susan has given excellent advice, good care at very reasonable costs, and has saved my wife and I significant costs. For example when I needed a tooth pulled, she did it very painlessly, instead of sending to an expensive specialist. Again I highly recommend her dental service. Great experience. Front desk was pleasant and helpful. Jess, the hygienist, was awesome and made my routine cleaning super comfortable. Dr Plotnick is as nice as can be and has done a great job assembling an amazing staff.

Very flexible and courteous office. Communicates well and does an excellent job on my teeth! They even offered discounts on reccomended procedures that were not covered by my insurance. Overall, unless I moved far away, I would not use another dentist. 5 stars.

We love Dr. Plotnick and the staff. The entire office is always warm, helpful, kind and loving. Our family has been going to see Dr. Plotnick for years and have always had a positive experience. We trust everyone completely. So grateful!!!????

Beware unless you want to overpay steer clear of Dr. Susan Plotnick she overcharges for everything she will not accept care credit financing or any type of payment plan she will only take cash My Wife and I both had 1 implant done at a cost of $10,000.00 CASH and a little over a year later my wifes implant broke Plotnick said she would fix it no charge since there were several others that had the same problem the company she used sold a bad batch of crowns when she finished the repair she now insisted we had to pay her $350.00 for the new crown that is a RIPOFF since it was not our fault they sold her a defective product she lied when she said there will be no charge we protested this charge but she was adamant we pay $350.00 and other Reputable dentist would of went after the company that sold the defective product Plotnick Overcharges for everything most dentists charge $4,000.00 or less for a implant but Susan Plotnick charges $5,000.00 My Advice is to Steer Clear of Susan Plotnick!

Two basic fillings resulted in two root canals. Poor poor experience.

Absolutely horrible. Do not trust a word she says. Switched to her after moving into the area. She claims that I needed two replacement fillings for two molars even though my teeth felt absolutely fine (my old dentist who I’ve seen for over 20 years never once told me any of my fillings needed replacement). After going back and forth about the risks of not replacing, I decided to just do it. Dr plotnick did not throughly examine my teeth to identify an existing crack in my molar. She proceeded to do the filling and ended up cracking my molar all the way down to the root(don’t drill into something that is already broke). This ended up in me getting the tooth extracted because of her negligence. I saw a second dentist for a second opinion, endodontics as well, along with an oral surgeon who all confirmed this could have been avoided if she did the proper thing. Currently addressing with the Pennsylvania Dental Associates. FYI - Ive heard from quite a few folks in the area that this is a common thing where she convinces people they need old fillings replaced when they really don’t. Absolutely horrible. When my insurance wouldnt cover a suggested procedure, Susan Plotnick offered me half off the cost of the procedure, just because. She is an awesome dentist and for as long as I live in this area, I will continue to use her office.

We have been patients of Dr. Plotnick for over 15 years and always find her to be an outstanding dentist. Recently I had a broken crown that was handled so painlessly with expert care by Dr. Plotnick and her staff! I am alway very confident in this dentistry practice, great staff, very friendly. Every procedure I have had over the years has always been clearly explained along with the cost . I met with Dr Plotnick this afternoon initially for a broken front tooth. I also needed yearly x-rays and cleanings of my teeth. Like most people these days, I had not seen a dentist since Nov. of 2019 when I moved to Pennsylvania. Dr. Plotnick was so terrific in fixing the tooth...it's never looked better...it was a little crooked and now it is not!!! I appreciated the care and time she spent with me. I did make a follow-up appointment for the x-rays and cleaning. I highly recommend Dr. Plotnick for any dental procedure...I immediately told my son and daughter-in-law about her. "Finds" cavities where other dentists don't. For me, that was not a good thing.

Practice is good for dental cleaning only but not for any other procedure. I had 2 bad experiences. Once they ground down my tooth so much that I had to go for root canal. Second time, the procedure mis-aligned my bite so badly that it caused me severe jaw pain. It has been more than 2 months and I am still suffering with pain. I was very disappointed when I walked into the office. I usually recognize the man at the front and he greets me. A woman was there on the computer and did not even lift her head to recognize me signing in. I really find it unprofessional when the front desk staff does not acknowledge a patient. Easy to schedule an appointment. The dental hygienist, Ashley, was friendly, thorough and efficient with my cleaning. Dr. Plotnick was great. No one was pressuring me to spend more on cosmetic procedures, which was refreshing.

Dr. Plotnick's office is run efficiently and professionally. Dr. Plotnick is personable and professional and skilled as a dentist. Ashley is an excellent dental hygienist. It is a pleasure to visit twice a year, something, I imagine, is not said often about dental visits!

This particular visit was just a routine cleaning, but I feel I can speak with authority about all services offered by Dr. Plotnick: I have been seeing her for all my dental work for over twenty years. Dr. Plotnick’s expertise and equipment are state-of-the-art, but her art and her heart are more like a Norman Rockwell, small town dentist. The office atmosphere is casual & very friendly, while at the same time effortlessly efficient. When you leave, your mouth is in much better shape, AND you feel that you know everybody in the practice as a friend. The work itself is impeccable: aside from very professional cleanings (by the way, performed so well that you won’t fear the next one), over the years I have received crowns, bridges, fillings, gum work and bleaching from Dr. Plotnick.
