Dr Pekarovics is an amazing doctor! I have been going to her for over 7 years now & she has literally saved my life. I have a lot of medical issues & had been going to so many doctors and specialists for all these conditions. In my first visit she told me that some of the medications I was put on cannot be taken with one of my conditions! She went through all my meds & conditions & cut what I needed to take in half.. I immediately lost 40 pounds ( caused by a medication I shouldn’t of been taking )& she got me feeling the best I have felt in years! She never rushes your appointments & there is never a long wait when you arrive for you appointments. Her office staff is Always so kind & helpful, especially Terri! I’ve had the best experience with Dr. Pekarovics. She is knowledgeable and patient. Her diagnostic was on point and I’ve never felt before. Also, it is worth mentioning her staff, they always answer the phone, they are kind and my fav is a how quick they comunícate with my pharmacy.

Dr. Pekarovics has been my physician for more than a decade. She's smart, thoughtful and works to find excellent solutions. One of my several problems is Rosacea. (I also have celiac and a cardiovascular issue.) Several years ago she started using a deep laser to control the Rosacea. She does several sessions and then it's good for 4-5 years. Her treatment leaves no marks on my face (takes an hour for the red to fade)... and does not hurt in any way. This is a much better approach than taking medicine or even using topicals which are both expensive and not good for one's overall body. The laser is a side interest of hers and she spends the money to get the best one. Note that this procedure is now covered by Medicare as an approved treatment for Rosacea. I highly recommend this skilled physician -- as an internal medicine doctor as well as a specialist in endocrinology and anti-aging. Dr. Pekarovics has been my physician for more than a decade. Dr Pekarovics is incredible. She takes time to listen and takes appropriate action on the symptoms. She takes time to explain things resolve my problems. Not only has she taken great care of my health, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. Amazing staff. Great medical office.

Dr. Pekarovics has been my parents’ doctor for over two decades. They continue to thrive through this pandemic, having had COVID-19, cancer, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, etc., because they have been under such good care. Dr. Pekarovisc is knowledgeable, thorough with her examinations, caring, reliable, patient and profesional. I feel very fortunate and comforted to know that I her in my corner. My parents are in their early 80s and continue to thrive and smile everyday because of her.

I have been the doctor’s patient for 2 decades. She is exceptional in that she gives personal attention and actually calls to follow up, both with me and the doctors she refers to. She was also my father’s doctor, who passed away at the age of 93 and she even made house calls when required.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. P for several years now. I have had ME/CFS for 30 years and it is difficult to find Dr.s who understand the crazy things that happen with it. The incredible Dr. Pekarovics just literally saved my life! She diagnosed an incredibly rare tumor that NO other doctor could find! Even specialists didn’t want to believe I could have this tumor because it’s so rare! But this genius knew that just because it’s rare doesn’t mean I couldn’t have it—Dr. Pekarovics has the courage of her convictions and knew her diagnosis was correct. STAY AWAY FROM HER !!!!! I originally went to this doctor to get blood work done to check my thyroid because hashimotos runs in my family. She diagnosed me with the disorder even though I had no symptoms and put me on heavy dose of thyroid hormones. She would never let me see my blood test results even though I have a right to them. after a few months I started getting terrible symptoms and my throat felt like it was choking me from the inside out. every time I went to her office she wanted me on some random new script for unrelated things, weight loss pills, heart medication, she even prescribed me extremely expensive vitamins. Several times she was very rude to me and even made me wait for two hours in a hospital gown to see her. Well it turns out when I finally got my blood tests and saw them for myself my original results were all within normal range and I DID NOT HAVE THE DISORDERS SHE DIAGNOSED ME WITH. my new endocrinologist was absolutely horrified that she would prescribe so many un needed meds and it took me almost a year to get back to normal. Hyperthyroid is my issue: So for those that have this: She was great first 3 months then I was over medicated the last 3 months. It was confirmed by other doctors. This can happen with any doctor ..so just get more opinions.

Dr. Pekarovics and her office staff are not accommodating, and they aggressively push you to spend more money than necessary (more tests, office visits, prescriptions when over-the-counter is available). I had 1 follow-up question after my 2nd appointment with the doctor, and when I finally got a hold of someone at the office, they passed my question along to her, but she refused to answer without me coming back for another appt, even though I explained the drive to her office is over an hour.
