Dr. Susan Crifase Lin

Dr Susan Lin is everything you would want in you psychiatrist. She is compassionate, brilliant, and her advice come her mind AND her heart. Dr. Lin is, in my opinion, the best.

Dr. Lin is a wonderful doctor. It’s apparent that she cares deeply about the wellbeing of her patients. She truly listens to them.

Horribly unprofessional, Disorganized, Perpetually late to appointments, has almost zero concern for her patients well being. this doctor absolutely should NOT be allowed to practice medicine. She is potentially dangerous to her patients. STAY AWAY

my experience with Dr. Lin was great. I finally have a doctor who not only listens to me but she hears me. Dr. Lin truly empathizes and understands the issues that i encounter on a daily basis., I feel like i can trust her and it allowed me to open up about so many feeling that i would suppress. she helped me with my diagnoses and treatment plan. we addressed a lot of issues that i struggle with, she recommended med's that she thought would work best for me, she also went over the possible side effects of the med's. WOW..that had never been done by any previous doctors, i always felt like a guinea pig in that aspect. she asked for my opinion, she included me in my treatment, i felt like i had someone working with me on my journey toward stability, thanks Dr. Lin

Disorganized, perpetually late to appointments (Average an hour+ wait time past original appointment), Horribly unprofessional. Zero follow up on treatments, and entirely unreachable in case of an emergency. this woman SHOULD NOT be allowed to practice medicine, and is potentially dangerous to her patients.

Insensitive and frustrates and aggravates patients. She is a danger to a patients well being. Very difficult to talk to. Josselyn Center has the worst psychiatric services. Its not right, just because its more government aide doesn't mean she should be rude and mean and hostile, and have bad service. I used to see Dr. Lin back when I was in high school. I was extremely unstable at the time, and she helped me a lot. She is kind, caring, and wants only the best for her patients. I have never forgotten how much she helped me during my darkest times. This review is LONG overdue! I definitely recommend her.

Dr. Lin is the only psychiatrist who I feel has ever helped me throughout the past 25 years since I've been diagnosed. She is non-judgemental and down to earth. If you truly want help, then make an appointment. If you're just looking to score a script, find someone else. Dr. Lin is the best of the best. (By the way, I'm on medicaid.)
