The worst OB in Richmond, arrogant and unprofessional. Unable to work with other medical providers/accept expertise from other fields. Minimizes patient experience and treats you like you don't understand your own body. Will perform a pelvic exam and then make fun of you. Eager to use drugs and not make appropriate referrals/alternative therapies.

Mocks patients and makes fun of them in medical notes.

Dr. Lanni performed my son's circumcision at birth. She totally botched the job and he had to have surgery as a 1 ½ year old...on his penis. Be proactive about your children, guys. My husband did go in to watch but I think parents should be aware it's ok to request a Dr. who's had experience circumcising babies. My baby is fine, but a second surgery, trauma, and more bills could have easily been avoided if she had deferred her duties to someone more capable.
