Appointment was made in January of 22 for the month of may. I was called the day before the appointment and notified it was cancelled so it was rescheduled for June. I was called again to be told it was cancelled when I called back I received the option to reschedule again for the END OF AUGUST I was given empty apologies and no valid reasoning for the cancellations. I had a referral submitted to this office since March for my son and every time I called to get an appointment I was transferred and never able to speak with anyone. I finally received a call back 2 months later in which the caller for this office did not seem interested or willing to provide assistance. The office personnel need to be changed. If i can give a zero. I would definitely five it. First off made an appt for having fluid in my ear that would not drain after a week. Didn't even get to see the doctor because whoever I spoke to didn't even put me in the schedule but sure as he'll put my insurance info in the system so they know for damn sure I did call them when I said I did. Then the doctor wouldn't even see me and their next open date wouldnt be March. Now i have to find another doctor to drain my ear and just hope to god that i dnt get an infection nc of thier lack of organization. The staff has no clue how to handle that office. Dr. King is great! The facility and techs are great. The office staff can be rude though. Received a call the day before my appointment, they left a voicemail threatening to cancel my appointment and charge me a late cancelation fee if I didn't call them back right away to confirm. I called them back, and they wanted to know why I hadn't confirmed yet. I let them know this was the first communication I received from them. They said they would have the office Manager check to see if the texts they sent went through. Regardless, that was the first I heard from them. They acted like I was lying about it. Dr King is wonderful. She did amazing things for my husband. Never any significant problems with staff or facility. Highly recommend!

I have been Dr King's patient for 7 months. She and Audrey are wonderful. Yesterday they saved me over $200 on an ear drop prescription. They knew the ear drops were expensive so they already had an alternative plan. I trust Dr. King's judgement!

I like everything about Dr. King -- she is smart, thorough, and personable. But it's really difficult to get an appointment with her if you need one sooner than a month. (I would also rather not have to listen to Fox News while sitting in the waiting room, but I don't think she chooses the channel.) Also, they don't remind you of an upcoming appointment, so if you made one 3 months ago and didn't write it on your own calendar that you look at every day, it's easy to miss it. This doctor came highly recommended, but my first and final visit was like a chapter from the "Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde." When she was alone in the exam room with me and the door was closed, she was a scowling, impatient bully. When the exam room door was open or her staff was in the room with us, she was a smiling, professional physician.

My 82-year-old mother has been seeing Dr. King for several months. Dr. King is an excellent physician. She very down to earth and provides thorough explanations of test results in a manner easy to understand. Staff is friendly and courteous. We had to wait 1 hour & 30 minutes on her last visit, but this only happened once out of several visits. They were apologetic when I testily asked how much longer (after waiting for an hour already) & agreed to notify us of delays in advance in the future.

I have received decent care here. I would like to highlight that this practice has an unadvertised rule that they will not transfer you among doctors. While a bit draconian, it is what it is. HOWEVER, that rule is not presented to incoming patients. In my case, I was referred to Dr. King, who had a long waiting list. I elected to see another doctor in the meantime. Now, I cannot see Dr. King for even a 15 minute consultation, unless I 'disenroll' by waiting 3 years.

Dr. King did a cochlear ear implant on me in January 2018. I am 100% pleased with both the results and the attentive care from both Dr. King and her fine staff.

Dr. Susan King is WONDER WOMAN. She cured my Vertigo in 2011, which I struggled with for eight long years. No vertigo since! She is great. Thanks Dr. King.

After a fall almost 2 years ago, my world was literally spinning. The vertigo and migraines had me terrified and unable to function. I went from doctor to doctor and they all prescribed pain meds, which caused more dizziness and just put a "band-aid" on what was going on. I thought I was going to lose my mind. By the grace of God, a friend and also another doctor referred me to Dr. King. It took a while to get in to see her, but I remember sitting in her office and crying and her telling me that we would get through this together and I knew from that moment, I had found the right doctor! She IS A LIFE SAVER!!! Caring, compassionate, patient and she carefully listens to every little detail that you tell her about how you're feeling. Dr. King saved my life a long time ago. I had vertigo and migraines for one entire year and thought I was going to die or that I had a brain tumor. I also had severe facial nerve pain. Every other doctor told me I was probably depressed and that there was nothing they could do for me. I was referred to Dr. King and she helped me feel normal again in about 2 weeks. I have beven a patient of Dr King for over 8 or 9 rs now She diagnosed my Menierre's Disease after multiple miss diagnosis and Dr's telling me to go she mental health dr. She has treated with me with respect and allowed me to be part of treatment process. Her staff are a reflection for her, the best. I am so grateful for her managing my disease. I am able function better. Quality life so better. God bless you Dr. KING??

Dr. King was very knowledgeable and experienced with my hearing problem. She did a Ear Drum graft and after 6 weeks my hearing was back to 100% and able to continue with my job I’ve had for 37 years. I highly recommend Dr. King for any hearing problems. Sincerely MLM
