Dr. Susan D Huffman

If I could give Dr Huffman 10 starts, I certainly would. She has been my Primary Care Physician for about 10 years and I feel I have a True Health Care partner in Dr. Huffman. As we speak, she explains everything in great detail. I understand her time is valuable, however I have never felt rushed. She takes time to listen to my concerns and allows time for us to come up with solutions together ... always considering and valuing my input. I am made to feel that I am important to her and not just a number.

Dr. Huffman cares for you as an individual. She explains the plusses and minuses of care options.

My mother had no appetite for about a year, she lost about 28 lbs in 6 months. My mom also complained of shortness of breath, she is an ex smoker . Dr. Hoffman did not order any tests whatsoever. No thanks to Dr Hoffman, my mom was diagnosed in June with Stage 4 Small Cell Lung Carcinoma. I feel that had Dr Hoffman been more vigilant my mom could have been diagnosed earlier before the cancer metastasized. I feel strongly that Dr Hoffman failed my mom and our family as her primary physician.
