Dr. Hoover was patient with me as I described my concerns but strictly followed CDC guidelines in rejecting my request for tests. Dr. Hoover will not think outside the envelope and treat according to clinical information from the patient. Recent research into Chronic Lyme Disease does not seem to make a difference with her.
Failed to treat me. Told me no tests or drugs will get you well. Even ridiculed me saying, “I can feel you heating up. Do you want me to stand back?”
