Susan Goodlerner

Seventeen years ago she first treated me while I was pregnant . She is recommended to me by another doctor who was her patient. I have always been impressed by her knowledge and abilities.

First, my understanding when I called for an appt, pre COVID, was that she has retired. I don’t know who is at the office. My first and only appt, a few years ago, with her was just as others have said, rushed, no real answers, my case Didn’t seem to be interesting enough to see her for a follow up, which I never made.

Dr. Goodlerner isn’t friendly, end of story. She doesn’t spend any face-to-face time. I don’t know why she always seems so rushed. She’s very pushy about her own products. It doesn’t feel like a genuine doctor.

Very professional and detailed. Very pleased with all procedures performed. Office staff are great.

I went to dr. goodlerner with mark on my head told it was something that happens when you get older. insurance will not cover it as it is cosmetic.went back as 6 months later told same thing. . do not need a biopsy. Is not cancer.......guess what is cancer and very very aggressive. Have had surgery and am doing radiation. Insurance will cover it. get second opinion. They found out in 2 days

Dr. Goodlerner is a knowledgeable doctor and I would recommend her to anyone. She is very patient, understanding and kind. I totally trust her judgment in regards to my skin issues.

I went to see her for thinning hair/ bald areas on my scalp. She didn't recommend any treatments, including treatments I questioned her about like hair transplants, RPR, etc. Her solution was to shave my head and stop wearing wigs I also went for dermatitis of the eyelids. She had no solution for that. I had gone to another physician for this problem before and at least he recommended a cream for the eyelid that provided some relief She was as effective as going to see a brick wall.

Received laser treatment for age spots and I am very satisfied by Dr Goodlerners treatment and advice not to do a second treatment, but rather treat what is remaining with skin lightening cream!

I visited Dr. Goodlerner for follow up for my rosacea condition. I have been going to other dermatology group for over 4 years and the treatment they prescribed did not work. Dr. Goodlerner prescribed combination of several things and it made quite a difference. very happy that something is working for me

Dr. Goodlerner was incredibly rude to me. If you need cosmetic work done, then I'm sure she is an excellent doctor. I went to her for a mole check and some suspicious spots on my legs. Instead she peered closely at my face, scrutinizing my beginning wrinkles. She wanted to talk about face cream. She barely GLANCED at my legs and said "Oh, that's nothing" and proceeded to talk over me. This was a REALLY bad experience and I would NOT recommend this doctor, except for cosmetic-type dermatology.

Excellent office and great staff.

Brought my daughter here for acne issues. Her only solution was to put my 14 year old daughter on birth control bc the hormones would help her acne. I said I wasn't going to do that and she wouldn't prescribe any cream or typical solution. Absolutely horrible. Never again

TRIED to make a new patient appt., but was treated so RUDELY on the phone I will NEVER call back! Unbelievable customer service. I have a hard time believing this Dr. has any idea how RUDE her staff can be! Moving on....
