New pt. met w/ Dr. Fox once and she was perfectly fine. The problem is her staff. I was left a voicemail and a text to come in. No one was there (due to Covid-19). The answering svc. was extremely rude: she shouldn't be allowed to talk to people. Maybe her mother doesn't mind being spoken to that way. As I was talking to another pt. who also showed up like me, I got 2 texts for 2 appts, different times for later this week. The office staff can not even offer an apology on behalf of the Dr. they work for. (must be the generation) No one is blaming you honey, the Dr's patients deserve it. Consider this my cancellation for Thurs. If you even try to bill me, my attorney will take it from there.

I went back to Dr. Fox's office (first time I saw Dr. Fox was for picoway skin rejuvenation), this time for picoway laser and vivace rf microneedling on my c-section scar. I am only one treatment in for each (out of 3 total planned of each) and I already see remarkable improvement. Bonnie on her staff is wonderful and while I am usually a big wimp, she was nice and funny enough to keep me entertained throughout the whole process- I didn't even have to use numbing cream. I would 100% recommend Dr. Fox. She and her office are great and I am looking forward to my next appt. First time I had laser done on my face, Bonnie was amazing!!!! She explained everything as she was doing it and was thorough in making sure i understood what to do after. Dr. Fox is terrific, office is clean and staff was friendly! I will definitely be going back.

The best laser tattoo removal place! I removed my tattoos with the fewest visits, they have the newest laser (Pico Way), nice staffs, clean and spacious office. Thank you Dr. Fox!

I would not recommend Dr Fox to anyone else. She's inconsiderae. She left the office at the exact time that my appointment was scheduled. She left and i was there waiting in the waiting room and no one even told me that she had gone, until I even had filled out approximately 10 pages of information. When they took me in the room, after waiting 20 mins, i was told me that dr. Fox left at 3pm. she never even told her staff to give me a call.

If I could give a zero I would awhile back it was recommended medically I have vein treatment on my legs so I proceeded with dr fox, after the one and only treatment I was told by her to have , I left the office and didn't make it to the elevator when I felt my purchased Hose soaked with blood, I ran back in office and they sorry put new hose on and left . I was very unhappy with my visit and told her I could not pay as services were not rendered and my legs are worse . I will follow up with AMA

I saw Dr. Fox back in June for my legs, I had so many issues with my legs I did an ultrasound got back my results and needed to do Endovenous Laser and scelrotheraphy after all the procedures . Dr. Fox and her staff are very professional and kind, it is now August 15, and my legs are beautiful it has been years since I could say and show my legs. I am so happy that I found Dr. Fox, I would recommend her to anyone who is having issues with his/her legs.

I have spider veins. Dr. Fox's office had a promotion on line, which I took advantage of. When I saw Dr. Fox for less than 5 minutes, she said that promotion was not with her, but with her nurse who has been injecting veins for more that 10 years. I had the treatment twice.It has been one month and 2 weeks since the last treatment; I not only still have the veins, but also a dark area all around them. They look worse than before. BTW, I followed the post-treatment instructions faithfully.

Leg still numb after procedure almost a year ago, office never contacted me for any follow up or appointments after numbing my leg.
