Dr. Susan Marie Escudier

Hello, I have been a patient with Dr. E for over two years now and I think I might be done dealing with the issues that come with being a patient here. I 100% agree with the review that was left by Pedro Lopes. All of what he said has been true in my experience as well. Dr. Escudier is nice. But her office is completely incompetent. The fact that you can't call the office directly is annoying, in it of itself, but when you do get to talk to someone at the office, 9 times out of 10 its going to be like pulling teeth. The office staff are passive aggressive with not only their tone of voice, but also their lines of questioning if you even if are trying to clarify what they are saying. The epitome of the type of person you will speak to when attempting to interact with Dr. E's office is an individual by the name of Rebecca. When speaking to Rebecca, it is abundantly clear as to how jaded and unhappy with her life she is by how she will speak to you. The lack empathy and patience in her voice when speaking with clients is extremely embarrassing and disheartening. Its as though simply doing her job while at work comes as an extreme nuance to her. I say this being a fellow healthcare worker, who constantly has to interact with the public in a professional manner. Something that, unfortunately, Rebecca does not do. If you would like an empathetic, caring, and supportive environment to promote your health goals, I would say skip the headache and look else where. I know I will be.

I met with Dr Escudier for an end of cycle review for my multiple Myeloma treatment regimen. As usual, Dr Escudier was very helpful, patient, and forthcoming.

Punctual and professional. No complaints regarding visit or scheduled procedures. Only negative was putting INR standing order in quest computer that had expired.

My visit with Dr. Escudier was pleasant as always. She listens to me and answers all my questions in terms that I understand. She is patient and never gives the impression of being hurried. I really like visiting with her and I highly recommend her to others. Since they moved to a new computer system, response to inquiries, whether just questions or needing information is faster. The office seems more organized.

I have been a patient of Doctor Escudier for six years. Doctor Escudier takes the time to answer any questions regarding issues of my condition and treatment. She provides excellent care. The staff is also courteous, friendly, and helpful.

The Doctor is outstanding---totally. Everything is clearly explained and when possible she included me when deciding what treatments she would use. Her medical knowledge has increased the quality of my life 100 fold. Her warmth and caring have proven to be as effective as her medical knowledge

Dr. Escudier and her staff are very attentive to their patients needs. Dr. Escudier is thorough in her examinations and always makes sure to answer any questions I am have. Her staff is friendly and professional. Oh did I mention that there is very little wait time!!

I enjoy meeting with Dr Escudier. Her manor is very comforting to me as we discuss a difficult issue but its in a friendly, matter of fact way. I have been a patient of Dr Escudier for many years for which I am very greatfull.

I have no bad comments on Dr Escuider. She an excellent doctor my comments only on her guy who sits at the front desk,he is not friendly no smile on his face and he is very rude

Knowledable and with a great bedside manner. Staff are helpful and accomodating.

I have been in Dr Escudier's care for 16 yrs. She gives attentive care to her patients in remission as quickly as she does if the patient is in active protocols. She has always had wonderful staff but more recently I have needed to get to know the younger generation. They seem to understand her mentality as a doctor and do try to help even as sometimes we patients become scared or concerned about what is happening in our bodies.

Since there is no cure for Cancer, Dr. Escudier has found a way in her approach to treating Cancer that makes it easy for her patients to trust in her guidance and suggested diagnosis and prognosis in their individualized treatment plans.

Kind, compassionate, thorough, an excellent doctor

Stellar physician. I saw her for ten years. Dr. Escudier was attentive at each visit. She thoroughly explained my condition without condescension or pity.

If you are looking for an Oncologist who will put her financial needs ahead of your loved one you've found her. It's all about how much money you have, that determines the worth of your life. The staff members are nice, however if you go to this hospital please make sure you also get a second opinion.

i recommend dr escudier. her knowledge and compassionate is off the charts. she is friendly,talks to you and not at you. explains everything so you can understand. her staff is great too. the office is run great.

Unresponsive to requests from family to discuss condition. Never came in to discuss my mothers condition with her I had to share bad news based on the notes in charts.

If I could give them no stars, I would. From my mother's stay at St. Luke's hospital to her one and ONLY chemo treatment at texas oncology at 7515 s. Main, it was like having the grim reaper as your oncologist. She had the worst bedside manner (if it could be called that), the staff treats you as if you're inconveniencing them, and the chemo nurses are awful. Exact opposite of what you would want from someone so important to your family member's physical and emotional well being. If I could give them no stars, I would.
