I posted five stars because I did not get the chance to meet this doctor, so I cannot make a negative judgment toward her. However, whoever answered my phone call to make my new patient appointment was unbelievable. First of all, she acted like she had no idea what insurance I have (HEALTHLINK; and it is very common, is this your first day in a doctor’s office?) Then when I told her I need to come in for chronic hives and to follow up on an anaphylactic episode (as instructed by ER doctor) she just kept loudly saying, “THERE IS NO TEST FOR RASHES!”...? If I don’t see an ALLERGIST for my ALLERGIES, who do I see? Anyway, I hung up on her because that was ridiculous and just plain bizarre, but I have heard great things about Dr. Berdy. Too bad I don’t get to meet her! Guess I’ll go to the podiatrist or something...
