Dr. Susan Jones Ashbee

Dr. Ashbee is the BEST pediatric doctor there is in my opinion!!! She CARES!!! She doesn't give up and she always takes time to listen!!!! This lady is a GOD send to my family and I am very grateful for her loving, caring ways. Thank you Dr. Ashbee for going out of your way to take care of someone so precious to me, my granddaughter!!! I brought my son in her office due to a swollen eye from playing football at school..in addition my son has a rare eye disease. She question me n my son..about 10 minutes later a nurse comes in and looks at his eye..which was swollen with no different coloration at all..tells me to take him to his eye doctor...As im leaving she tells me in front of my son "you pass go and go to jail". I was so surprised at her behavior..since ive been coming there for over 20 years..She didnt give him anything..so I left there took my son to another doctor he said his son had this happen and the grass n dirt had got in his eye and started to get inflammed. The doctor gave him some meds..the next day ...the next day his eye was down..I followed up with another in the office and the doctor stated his fine and I dont see what Dr.Ashbee is referring to..his eye was down with no coloration .Dr.Ashbee was not professional at all..She insultin...I hope another parent doesn't get treated the way I did and.at least give them common courtesy of an apology...update since have moved kids to an more professional environment with doctors who dont listen to patients who family members are upset bout you buying a house in there neighborhood I brought my son in her office due to a swollen eye from playing football at school..in addition my son has a rare eye disease. Dr. Ashbee is the best doctor I have ever been to. She's never been rude she's always very nice. And she is the only doctor who had never mis-diagnosed me. Most of the time she knows what I'm such with just by looking at me. I highly recommend using Dr. Ashbee

Dr. Ashbee is the best pediatrician that I have used. I have driven 1 1/2 hours to take my grandchildren to her. She takes time to explain what is needed and is also very thorough in her exam and accurate in her diagnosis.

Dr. Ashbee is one of the most compassionate pediatricians I have ever used for my children. In fact, I drive almost an hour for doctor visits; she is a great physician.

This doctor truly cares about her patients. I have several children that see her. She spends time talking with you about any questions that you might have. The wait is a bit lengthy, but that is because she talks to you. Other pediatricians have tried to rush and talk over me, but not Dr. Ashbee.

This is a wonderful doctor. She spends time listening and answering your questions. I think that is why the wait time to be seen is lengthy. She is very knowledgeable, educated, and compassionate about her patients' needs.
