I have RA and upper arm was bothering me. My hand and fingers were in a lot of pain with pins and needles, was out of medication. My regular dr was out of town and Dr Mahal squeezed me in for a visit. She is a great Dr. Patient, listened to my issues, checked the problem, knowledgeable, gave professional suggestions and followed through with appropriate medication. I very much enjoyed my appt with her.

Fatphobic. Will criticize you just for having a body. Needs to take a class in body-inclusivity. Very old school. Lacks Empathy.

She is just an amazing caregiver, she gives you all the time, talk to you like s friend and never makes you feel rushed, listens patiently to your problems and providers reasonable answers. Her office staff are all very pleasant and professional. I recommend her very highly!

This was such a disappointment and completely inconsiderate doctors office. I made an appointment 3 days ago for a Monday morning appointment. I rearranged my entire work schedule to have the doctor cancel last min on a Friday afternoon at 3:40pm (for a Monday morning appointment). They had no other appointments available to offer with any other doctors and expected me to rearrange my day/week for a new appointment which is not an option for me. Completely disrespectful.
