I’ve been going here for a few years, and I gotta tell you it’s only gotten worse. EVERY SINGLE TIME I have an appointment I owe 10$. My child was sick one day had to pick her up and I called to cancel my appointment and they still charged me, no sympathy whatsoever. Over the years it’s always about what we owe them, they keep a tab of it when they call you. I swear I’ll always have this new charge of 10$ or 20$... then my wife made an appointment for 11:30 to SIGN PAPERWORK FOR THE PURPOSE TO RETURN TO WORK, they charged her 10$ for 2 signatures and worse of all they made it her wait over an hour for these signatures while the doctor was in a meeting. They are extremely unprofessional and very greedy, for some odd reason there are always hidden fees. I’ve been going here for a few years, and I gotta tell you it’s only gotten worse. Great doctor and staff! Great atmosphere all around! Even have a pharmacy next door to pick up and drop off a prescription! ????

Kaura and his staff are very welcoming. I've come there feeling very vulnerable and embarrassed and they make the process easy and provide a calming atmosphere.

The best doctor ever all the staff are very nice they get you in on time they all like to see there patients happy and they make sure you feel 100% statistics and smiling by the time u walk out I love all of them and the doctor the most

I have been going to his office for years and he has always been honest and professional. He always looks at my results and helps me understand my diagnosis. His staff is very professional and his manager is excellent ????

Dr. kaura been my family doc for 15 years and I been always satisfied with his treatments he takes his time and very patient , his staff is great and kind especially his wife Ms. Kaura is very helpful and professional! I highly recommended him Like

Dr. Kaura is one of the best doctors I have had he is caring and listens to his patients, the women staff in the office are wonderful, delightful, full of energy, always smiling. I highly recommend him. When other doctors fail with the diagnosis… he will succeed :)

I’m am writing this review in regards to my experience with Dr. Surinder M. Kaura. I went to Dr Kaura because its hard for me to stay sleep and I have really bad allergy which sometimes causes me to suffocate when I'm sleep. He prescribed me allergy pills. Pills didn't help me at all and I didn't go back again for a while. Finally I made another appointment and went back, and found out my test result from 8 months ago shows that I'm pre-diagnosed with obesity. This is a very serious case. My family care physician wrote me a recommendation for a Knee surgery. I made a consultation with Dr, Hussein, and I made it very clear that I want to do this procedure during Mid Nov because I have meet my deductible for the year which is 3K. And I also have work of because of Holidays and I took extra week off work to recover. Few days before my appointment I got a call that he can’t make my appointment. I had a wonderful experience in this office today. Sue was super helpful when making my first appointment and gathering all the necessary information, the medical assistant (i didn’t get her name) was very nice too, and Dr Surinder was super professional helpful, definitely a great doctor! I felt super comfortable being there, I really do recommend this doctor. I actually read the Reviews ????????and I just can’t match that to the people I met today but yes they really gave me a good vibe . I had a wonderful experience in this office today. His wife ruins any chance to say "good doctor" she loves to pick fights with patients. To the point where after 5+ years, I will never go there again. She demands money not entitled to. My BC/BS pays $200 plus dollars per visit and she demands the $500 emergency copay on top of this. They are NOT A HOSPITAL, and have NO emergency room, yet she believes she entitled to it. Mrs Kaura is the rudest person I have ever spoken to on the phone. It's too bad Dr. Kaura married her. It must be humiliating to be around and have to live with such a disrespectful person.
