I met Dr. Kasaraneni, my surgeon, in the ER after enduring 4.5 days of excruciating constant pain from the onset of compartment syndrome. His calm and confident demeanor was a breath of fresh air. After our brief encounter I was rushed to have fasciotomy surgery. When I awoke the pain was finally gone! I later learned the severity and rarity of my condition. Without proper diagnosis and urgent action I would have lost my leg or my life. Due to my surgeon’s breadth of experience he was able to perform my rare surgery and save both my life and limb. I thought I might see him a couple times after surgery and then follow up with my primary doctor, but no, my surgeon cares about my recovery, he has seen me multiple times since and may continue to until I fully recover. During our visits he doesn’t just assess my condition and say have a nice day. He takes the time to really listen to and answer all my questions with thoughtful wisdom. I met Dr. Kasaraneni, my surgeon, in the ER after enduring 4.5 days of excruciating constant pain from the onset of compartment syndrome. His calm and confident demeanor was a breath of fresh air. Excellent. Dr Kasaraneni was recommended to me for pain in my leg that was progressively causing me to loss the use of it. His bedside manner, patients in explaining details and determination of finding out what the problem was, was a blessing to me. I had been to 4 other Drs and physical therapy and no one could determine the issue. He determined it was caused by my hip and I am on the way to recovering from total hip replacement.

I broke my ankle in 3 places on Memorial Day. Fortunately for me Dr Kasaraneni was on duty. He explained the surgical procedure to me and my family. It required the insertion of 10 screws and a plate. During follow up visits with Dr Kasaraneni he was vey professional and encouraging with my recovery. I can’t say enough about the way he cares for his patients. I would highly recommend Dr Kasaraneni to anyone in need of an orthopedic surgeon. Southern Indiana is lucky to have Dr Kasaraneni.

Dr. Kasaraneni is excellent. He takes time to listen and is very through. I am so pleased with the service he has given my son. I highly reccomend him for your orthopedic needs.

Had a snow skiing injury to my knee. I went to Dr. Kasaraneni as a 2nd opinion, and I thought very highly of what he said and made him my primary doctor. He did a femoral-patellar tendon replacement and a kneecap realignment. I'm still recovering but I can already tell a huge improvement in my leg. During the 1st appointment with me, he spent over 40 minutes explaining everything. Great doctor and thanks to him I'll be back on skis soon!

When I visited Dr. Kasaraneni I was in a lot of pain related to an arthritic knee. He worked with me quickly to relieve the pain. The doctor not only treated my knee but he genuinely cared about my overall health and quality of life. Eventually I had to have surgery. I experienced a very minimal amount of pain after surgery and was back to work quickly. The follow up has been great !! I found Dr. Kasaraneni and his staff to be caring and concerned.
