Lets start with the Rude /Hateful Office manager That seems she rather be somewhere else talks bad about there patiance where you can hear everything, Just down right rude in the 4 years I been oing there. The office goese through Nurses about every 3 to 4 months. The receptionist. is even worse by far. I had my 3rd runin with them and requested to talk with the Doctors and I couldn't get past them even through I tried 3 times.I will write a letter to the Medical Board very soon, this goes much deeper than this note. I hope people would stay as far away from this place. There are much better Practices than this one. Dr. Min strives to reduce pain. He is kind and listened intently to my needs. He takes pride in his service.

Absolutely terrible!!! Nurses and doctors talk bad about patients thinking no one can hear them. Dr. Min takes no time to actually understand the reasons for the patient's visits or the pain they are in, all he cares about is the money.

Must have an appointment. Generally he is running close to being on time with his appointments. If he is running behind at least you get to sit in his waiting room and watch movies. Staff is generally friendly to the patients. If you are a new patient you will need a referral from your physician and a copy of your medical records sent over before he will see you, but call and make sure this statement is accurate before you do anything. I was with him for 5/6 yrs and Dr. Min was great. Renee and Tammy was always helpful as well. When something didn't work for me He didn't keep doing it or do more than was needed.. He listened to my concerns and always offered ways to ease the pain or discomfort.

Do Not Go Here. Unorganized, Dirty , and extremely Rude.

Dr. Min is very unprofessional. He asked me to get x-rays and then would not look at the results. He did a procedure even though my blood pressure was dangerously high. Dr. Min will do a procedure to make money even if you do not need it. He is making his patients worse instead of better and he doesn't remember anything about you from one month to the next. As a Healthcare professional myself, I strongly recommend to anyone that is seeking help not going to Dr. Min. I went for several months and unfortunately it was too late before I realized he had done more damage than I originally came in with. Never again he treated me with the radio frequency and after he made his money he push me out the door without weaning me off my meds. Pain meds for 10 years. But he had make room for more patients to make money from. Never again

Dr. Min's staff was extremely nice and courteous and professional. I made the mistake of reading these reviews on the day I was to go see Dr. Min, I almost didn't go but I'm so glad that I did. They listen they were kind they were sweet and wanted nothing more but to help me. The only bad reviews that you will see about them are people who went in there with the wrong intentions on doing the wrong things is what I think. So please before you listen to any good or bad reviews go meet them yourselves and you will see that they really are a great doctor and staff. I was a visitor. I woke with excrutiating pain as a result of neck vertebrae compression. After x days I located a chiropractor that alleviated pain to a plateau. He recommended Dr. Minn. Believing it would be u to 6 months to obtain a visit, I deferred to hot patches and heating and I still could not drive to return home. Eventually, I called Dr.Minn's office, explained the situation and remarkably got an appointment for next day. I was treated and slept for the 1st time in 2 weeks. A blessing

Dr. Min is very unprofessional and will give you procedures you do not need just so he can make more money. He is not about helping your pain, he is about making money period. He did unnecessary procedures on me and now I have another doctor trying to fix what he did. He is all about money and his bedside manor is terrible. I have never had a doctor treat me so poorly. I would not recommend Dr. Min to anyone.
