Dear Dr. Sumana Narayanan, I cannot thank you enough for the exceptional medical care you provided and continue to provide for me. As a patient who was diagnosed with Triple Negative Breast cancer in 2019, and had to have bilateral mastectomy. I developed painful Keloids in scarred tissue from the surgery that needed to be removed. You did a wonderful job removing the keloids. You are an excellent doctor, dedicated, kind, caring, easy to talk to. Goes above and beyond in maximum time listening, advising, and treating patients. If only all medical practitioners and places provided medical care like Dr. Narayanan and her support staff. Everyone is remarkably efficient while being kind, thorough and considerate of questions or hesitations that come up in the patient experience. Above this, Dr. Narayanan makes me feel heard, and in this patient experience, it seems like there is a lot of do-this-do-that and we-do-this, but not a lot of "I hear you, let's see what we can do." I wish I could clone her into every doctor, and I felt luck and blessed to have been referred to such a remarkable physician.

Dr. Sumana Narayanan is caring, knowledgeable and efficient. Always takes time to explain things simply but thoroughly and to answer any questions. I’ve been seeing her for years and fully trust her. I can recommend her to friends and family.

Our experience at Dr. Narayanan's office was great. Her staff was very friendly and informative. Dr. Narayanan was extremely nice and went out of her way to make my mom feel comfortable. We feel she went above and beyond to make sure that she explained the diagnosis and the treatment options available to my mom.

I can attest to Dr. Narayanan's care for her patients and their families. She is an extremely diligent, intelligent, and excellent physician. Her patients are lucky to have her as their doctor because of these qualities.

Dr. Narayanan is an excellent doctor. She performed surgery on my mother (due to a cancer on her leg) in 2019 and the results were great. She was spot on with the diagnose, excellent during the procedure as well as with the follow-up treatments since then. Just as important, she has a great work ethic and a humane way to treat her patients. She was gentle with my mother (who suffers from a brain injury and dementia) and very communicative with me (the son and legal guardian of the patient). I had my first consultation with Dr, Narayanan today and I was really impressed with her! I was able to share with her my concern and experiences as a woman of color in dealing with health professionals! She was warm and very understanding and after meeting with her, I knew that I was in good hands and that my care from her would be participatory as well as thorough!
