Under her care my husband who'd been filled w/3 x normal dialysate fluid was unable to drain due to malfunction of new catheter tube, and still 4 agonizing days later has not been fixed! No urgency for her, staff at MOUNTAIN VIEW, who promise daily to drain it, but NEVER do. Imagine the pain and damage by 3 two liter sodas in your abdomen. Today, they added MORE FLUID (1.5 liters)hoping to make it work. WHAT? IT DIDNT. Said original fluid PROBABLY absorbed. Inhuman. Heartless. Monsters.
