She does not take time to help patients. It takes weeks or months to get any referral. Insurance will beg that they will pay for the services but she will still not order those urgently needed services. Will not give any instructions to nurses and when she is on vacation you will have to wait for her to come back to any help. please don not choose this doctor.

I went in for throat pressure that started months ago that has been worsening over 2 weeks. While polite, Dr. Chaparala immediately told me to see an ENT and to take Motrin for pain. I didn't have pain at all. I had to reiterate that more than once. No bloodwork, examination, discussion; just a referral. (Which stated pain as a reason.) Waste of a copay.
