Dr Aggarwal is a wonderful doctor he really cares about his patients welfare. I receive Ketamine Infusions for my RSD/Complex Regional Pain Syndrome which helps tremendously for my pain plus helps with the severe itching! Dr Aggarwal is very thorough which I really appreciate, he takes his time with you. I highly recommend to anyone who suffers with severe pain to make an appointment!!

Dr Aggarwal and those in his practice are very kind and caring. He demonstrated this during every interaction with my Mother. He didn’t rush the appointment, he took time to question her and then listened carefully to her responses. We called several times during the past few months and Dr Aggarwal himself returned those calls to help us over a few rough patches. I highly recommend this practice.

We are very pleased with Dr. Aggarwal's care of our son. He found the right treatment for him and works with us wrt to medication adjustments and insurance challenges. He seems conservative but practical in his approach to treatment. He and Stephanie his office manager are responsive and available after hours too when we need them.

I needed to make an appointment for the month of June for my my medication. They made an appointment for me two days later. First appointment when seamlessly. Everyone was kind , courteous and thoughtful. They listen to what I came for and were very accommodating.

My doctor retired and this doctor is here in the same office. The staff were nice and helpful. The doctor listened carefully and is going to help me with my nueropathy and pinced nerve. He also respected my wish to not just take medication for a problem and he was very personable.

Dr. Aggarwal was so caring, comforting, thorough and professional. He explained reasons for my concerns and offered several options for treatment. His staff was very welcoming and I only waited a few minutes for the doctor to see me.

Stephanie was extremely helpful in scheduling an appointment for me as a new patient within a week of submitting a request on the website. There’s nothing worse than needing to address the increasing pain and spreading of my CRPS and having several “specialists” having no clue about the condition and the devastation that I’ve felt for years. The doctor was very knowledgeable, compassionate and came up with a treatment plan that 3 other neurologists completely missed. Additionally, he clearly explained the cost involved up front as well as what to expect. Stephanie took the reins to take care of coordinating all of the follow up steps needed which is a huge weight off of my shoulders! I highly recommend this practice! Pain reduction through ketamine infusion is wonderful

I was impressed with the Doctors explanation of what happened to me and the suggestions he gave to correct my problem and the time he said would hopefully take to get close to normal.

Scheduling was a positive experience as I was able to make an appointment the next morning. Stephanie is a phenomenal front office interface for the practice! Dr. Aggerwal was great with his process and diagnostics by asking questions and providing feedback.

I never needed the care a Neurologist (so I thought), but all that changed a year and a half ago. I had a seizure while driving and loss consciousness. I was referred to Dr. Aggarwal, and am so happy and grateful I was! He is extremely knowledgeable in his field (has multiple degrees) yet makes me feel very comfortable when talking to him. I feel like he knows exactly what I went through. He educated me on the 'weird feelings' (small seizures/auras) I've been experiencing since my 20s (I'm 56!) but could never really explain them to anyone especially to a medical professional. I connected with him immediately! Dr. Aggarwal's nurse, Steffanie, is also very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful! I was dealing with auto (medical) insurance and also personal insurance, and she handled any coverage issues for me. So if you need a Neurologist, I highly recommend Dr. Aggarwal! Dr Aggarwal is a very compassionate doctor he really wants to help you so he will ask you a lot of questions plus will listen to everything you have to say! I have Complex Regional Pain Syndrome also known as RSD, I get Ketamine Infusions at his office. My skin burns a lot so the treatment helps a great deal with that and treating the pain. I didn't need his surgical skills, but his assessment, medicine and bed side manor are areas he should work on. I wouldn't goto him if I had other choices.

Excellent neurology office. The waiting room is small but the staff is great, friendly, and helpful. The Doctor listens to you, doesn't judge, and works with you to provide the care you want and need. I would recommend the Lower Merion Neurology to anyone who is struggling to find a staff and Doctor who listens. It took me 1.5 years, 16 doctors, countless tests and treatments to get some relief the way I wanted (no opioids, no surgeries, no machines, etc.). Excellent neurology office. I’m really surprised by these negative reviews. I’m one of those patients that gets dismissed by almost every doctor I see. Dr. Aggarwal was the first doctor to know what I have, validate what is happening to me is real, and make me feel seen. Without him, I would have a neuro-inflammatory condition going untreated and would have been written off as having anxiety. I’ll be forever grateful. Also of note, the patients in the support group for my condition speak very highly of him. That’s high praise because we get shut down by most others. I wouldn’t write him off based on these reviews. Dr Aggarwal is awesome. He is patient, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable. I was at a loss to find treatment for my CRPS until I came under Dr Aggarwal’s care. Stephanie, who is the heart of the office, goes above and beyond. She is the friendly face that greets you and the tour de force that deals with insurance and administrative issues. Dr Aggarwal has changed my life with his excellent knowledge and genuine caring. I lived with excruciating pain for yrs that left me with sleepless nights and he has helped resolve that for me. I'm sleeping well and daytime pain is minimal. He gives you as much time as you need and doesn't stop until he finds a solution for your issue. I was pleased with the office at first because I did the minimum I could to deal with the receptionist Stephanie. Make my appointments, get my blood pressure (even with a wrist cuff because she worked for a cardiologist for a lot of years and BP is best taken via the wrist) and keep communication to a minimum. She won’t put messages through to the doctor. So I need her to work with me to get my infusion set up and first it was the insurance company then it was the pharmacy. Finally, I get the pharmacy to get everything straight and they are going to ship. Call Stephanie to tell her the good news and she starts in on me that she “ couldn’t do her part because I was on the phone with the pharmacy”. Then I asked when she could set me up for the infusion she states ( in her in the boss nasty voice ) says “like I said I’m waiting for the nurse to get back to me”. I told her to cancel things I would look for a new doctor. I contacted her through their webpage form to refuse the medication.

The doctor himself is good but his receptionist is the worst. She is rude. She delayed my care. I don’t think doctor knew the struggles I went through with her because you can never get passed her to speak with him about any issues. She tells you whatever she wants to get you off the phone with regards to your care. Don’t recommend this doctor.

He often corrected my wife for not describing her condition in proper medical terms and then proceeded to tell her to stop talking as she had just begun to describe her symptoms. He may or may not know his stuff clinically but severely lacks people skills. Although we were less than thrilled with his bedside manner my wife opted to make a follow up with him as instructed for a week following the appointment. Dr. Aggarwal spent time understanding my husband's issues, which are complex, we never felt rushed. Really appreciate the high level of care and concern he showed, as well as, his recommendations, which were incredibly effective. He really helped.

Outstanding Dr. After seeing several Dr for severe pain, I am pain free after one visit. In addition, he does not make you feel rushed and will take as much time as you need. He's changed my life for real!

I have gone through 7 neurologist before finding Dr. Aggarwal. He is the most humble Doctor I know and cares for his patients knowing he will be blessed for caring. Also his receptionist is funny, kind, and caring. I have followed him and will continue to follow him no matter where he goes.
