I didn’t have an appointment. I live in Arkansas. I called your office twice and notified the staff as I kept getting text about my “appointment”

First visit, very professional and easy to communicate with.

Great people , place , and surgery.

Dr Ditto is excellent Doctor to take care of me.

Post Operation appointment. Wait time was short. Dr. Ditto and staff answered all the questions I had about the surgery and recovery.

Dr. Shey Ditto is efficient and caring. I recently had two operations performed by him in the last 5 months. Results for both were excellent! I recommend him for robotic surgery. Neil Howard

Meet with doctor buczeck yesterday pretty easy going doctor . I like the fact that he talks to you not to down to you like some doctors do unfortunately ( the reason for the four star rating) is he does operate on shoulders as the reason I was there .. but we did discuss my trigger finger that I do need surgery on and feel pretty confident going back to have him fix that. .. for future reference staff should know why your bein seen especially since they received my referral .. upside I kniw who to go to for any surgery from the elbow down

I had a 2 pm appointment today and drove an hour to get there. They told me the doctor was running late and it would be 2:30. By 3 pm I was still sitting in the room waiting so I went to the desk and they told me he wasn’t even there. Completely disrespectful of my time. They could have told me when I got there he wasn’t going to come in till who knows when. Wasted my entire day and got 5 hours of sleep to make it to this appointment. They tried to reschedule me but I’ll be looking for an office with more respect for patients time.

Great people , place , and surgery.

I know that when the Dr’s surgery went a little over the staff went out of their way to let us know that he would be a little late. And we only had to wait for about 15 minutes the see the Doctor. Everyone of the staff members was pleasant. Thanks for your car.

Staff was friendly and fast! Great office atmosphere and Dr. Burman is great!

I had an accident with a table saw in the last week of April and through sheer luck on my part ended up with Dr. Buczek as my surgeon. He spent almost five hours on what would have been a two hour surgery to give me every advantage possible in my recovery with the goal of a fully functioning hand. I cannot express through words how happy myself and my family were with Dr. Buczek’s incredibly detailed work, his calm bedside manner, and how much time and effort he put into the surgery. I have months of physical therapy ahead of me, but thanks to Dr. Buczek’s help on one of the worst days of my life, I am confident that I will be okay. I’ve already had one follow up with him, and was once again immediately reassured by the quality of his work and by his calm demeanor and willingness to address any questions and concerns. I am confident that I will recover, and that is one of the greatest gifts a surgeon can give their patients. To Dr. Buczek, I will never be able to thank you enough. My gratitude is immeasurable, and I am awed by your skills as a surgeon. To any future patients of Dr. Buczek, you are in the best possible care.

It was a great experience.

I broke both of my hands in the motorcycle accident last month and Dr. Ronald Buczek was able to do surgery on both hands and did amazing work. Itd been a very rough month not having much hand use, but I’m glad I found a great surgeon. His team was also very kind and friendly. Thank you all

I was very pleased and he has my business as much as I need now and in the future. Thanks for caring,it means so much.

I went to Dr. Buczek to fix a broken finger that needed surgery. He was awesome and did a great job fixing a gnarly break. He’s extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything to a lay person like me. His office staff is also so friendly. I always look forward to going in for my follow up check ins! 10/10 for this place! If you need help with your hand, hit up the good doc.

Great experience, from the time I walked in until I left. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful. Dr. Ditto answered all my questions and I felt very satisfied.

I visited with Dr. Ditto about some concerns and issues I have been having since my recent intestine surgery. He was very thorough and listed carefully to all of my concerns. I left feeling valued and confident that I would be 100% within a year. Healing takes time.

Dr Buzchek is very laid back but knowledgeable. He takes the time to make sure all your questions are answered. I really felt heard, and in good hands. Surgery went great!

Dr, Adriana Castro is one of the best surgeons I’ve ever met. She has a very high ethic for professionalism at the same time. Bedside manner is five star. She really cares about her patients. If you have to have surgery I would suggest Adriana Castro surgeon she’s an incredible doctor.

GREAT staff very friendly and helpful

Dr. Burman was extremely professional and kind throughout the entire surgery process. I will continue to use him for any surgical needs and recommend him to friends and family.

Dr. Burman and his team have been great to work with through my medical issues and surgery process. He is attentive and easy to talk with for any questions I have, and the surgery was a success for us. Thanks so much!

Dr. Buczek is great and the staff at the office is polite and quick had me in and out for my post-op follow up in no time at all.

Dr. Ditto explained the process and why removal was the best option. Surgery went smoothly. My recovery time was about two weeks. I was able to resume normal activities and feel better than I had in the past few years.
