My initial visits with D. Weiss started out great but then the service went downhill from there. I had an appt scheduled one time and when I arrived they told me that I would need to reschedule because he wasn't coming into the office. Then I had another appt and showed up at the office on 37th Street only to find out that they had moved and no one called to let me know. When I called to leave a message for Dr. Weiss to call me back as I was very upset he literally called me back in 5 min saying they had been trying to call me for weeks but couldn't get through which I knew was untrue. The office staff is iffy at best, my test results were sent to the office multiple times yet they claimed they never received them. I asked Dr. Weiss if my blood work showed I had hypothyroidism and he said everyone does. During the pandemic I had two televisits scheduled and each time I had to call after the scheduled time to ask why he hadn't called me yet and only then would I hear back.

Dr. Weiss couldn't be more personable and professional. He chose a reasoned course of action, explained everything in very clear terms, and has been nothing but compassionate and straightforward throughout. His staff is terrific, as well.

I have been a Type1 diabetic for 39 years and have NEVER had a better diagnostician or advisor than Dr. Weiss. I have only seen him twice but in theSe two visits he has already transformed my glucose management by suggesting what no endocrinologist has suggested before - and I have seen more than a few so called experts - to et me to the point of almost perfect glucose level control. By a combination of the right measures of insulin doses - for both corrective and prospective purposes - with very simple nutritional advice on carbohydrate management while acknowledging it's difficulties. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is truly superb. I have been a Type1 diabetic for 39 years and have NEVER had a better diagnostician or advisor than Dr. Weiss. Dr. Stuart Weiss is the best doctor I have, he's very professional, caring and great human being. He safe my life a couple of times and if I'm alive now is because of him, GOD bless Dr. Weiss. I'm so thankful with him.

Not a helpful doctor. Not interested in the situation with each individual. Just gave some advice that's suitable for all. Always feel rushed during the appointment.
