Extremely disappointed in care given for a severe medical condition. After initial consult no follow up. Medical assistant was uncaring and I had to coordinate other Dr's approval to get Steriods required as ONLY treatment. I had to call several times to get CT request faxed to imaging center. Then have been told IF I WANT to come after initial treatment, call and make appointment? Worst ,most disappointing Doctor I've seen. Suggest he find another profession. Super doctor! Very thorough in his diagnosis or prognosis. Awesome bedside manner!

Very great bedside manners listen to his patients, shares stories so that you know that you area not alone. Great doctor.

Well experienced doctor. Was able to explain everything in detail and in a way I can understand. Was able to recommend something that solved my symptoms. Staff is super friendly and service was outstanding, if you need an ENT, definitely go to this one, I strongly recommend.

I had an excellent experience with Dr.Thomas. I visited him for my hearing problem, turned out to be built up earwax. he carefully listened to me, and took care of my problem fast and efficient. When he figured out I am student and my insurance doesn't cover this, he considered my situation and charged me a very reasonable price. I am thankful to him. I had my first appointment with Dr. Thomas today. I rarely write reviews but my experience was so stellar that I had to give feedback. I have an ear condition that is unusual and has worsened over time. After finally deciding to seek an ENT input I had an appointment with a provider at another facility and it was not a good experience. So I sought out a second opinion. I found Dr Thomas after lots of research and reviews and recommendations. He was incredible! He took the time to listen to my history and weird symptoms, asked a lot of questions, and has developed a comprehensive plan to investigate the cause of my out-of-the-box condition. I am looking forward to working through this with him. I was not promised a solution because it's still too unknown but I have full confidence that he will make every attempt to uncover the cause. SO grateful for Dr. Thomas!

This has to be the worst experience I have ever had. Where to start? First off I called them Monday morning, left a message for the scheduler to please give me a call to hopefully get my son in sooner, since we spent the night before at Cooks. We were discharged only because the pediatrician was notified of the ENT appointment in place. I never got a call back from the scheduler. Fast forward to today and I get a call at 3:30 that we missed the appointment. I notified the lady that we were pulling up at the building and that my records show the appointment was at 4, and we were instructed to come 30 min ahead of time. I walk in and explain this to the nice lady up front and she went back to try see what she could do. I had missed days or work, son didn't go to school. The lady comes back with another nice lady and they say unfortunately they were booked for the day. I understood and I explained I wouldn't mind waiting incase someone cancels. They said Dr Thomas schedule was full and that the soonest appointment they had was 8am tomorrow but with Dr.Lee. I didn't care which doctor saw him since this was his first visit. Dr Thomas could only see him at 11am. Obviously that couldn't work. I sit down and start making calls to my boss moving my schedule around for the 8am appointment and somehow it works. I walk back and the lady says let me go ask the doctor(Thomas) since it's his patient. I say, well it really shouldn't matter, we've never seen this doctor before. She says she still has to. Ok. She comes back and says unfortunately Dr Thomas is the only one that can see you because we assigned your son to him. At this point am irritated because what the heck? I tell her I moved my entire schedule to do this, at this point Elizabeth who is doctor Thomas nurse says am his nurse he can see you tomorrow at 11. I tell her what just happens and how I will be seeing the other doctor. She says next appointment for us is 11 and the 8am is completely out the picture now. I ask for a supervisor because, she's the nurse to the doctor we had established we won't be seeing. She annoyingly asks the nice lady up front, did you tell her that? The lady says no..someone else did. She says smugly and so arrogantly how no one else will be coming to talk to me before leaving. The lady up front says their supervisor had already left for the day. This is ridiculous at this point..I ask them to get someone who can help because I didn't just pick 8. They proceed to say Dr. Lee refused to see us tomorrow morning because we are Thomas patients. Some lady in black scrubs comes and says Dr Thomas is asking you to leave or he will have the staff call the police. Funny since he never spoke to me or tried to understand what was said. So am like I only have the option of tomorrow at 11? She says no he decided not to see you period. I questioned why he would dismiss me? Was he in charge of the practice or was it possible for us to just see another doctor and nurse? The answer I got was no and that I had to leave. So not only did we miss an appointment we've been waiting on for weeks, I have to find another ENT and wait while my son is struggling with this. Dr. Thomas was very nice and knowledgeable.

I went to see Dr. Thomas because I had vertigo. He clarifies it for me and I have to go to a physical therapist to get my balance back on check. I had a hearing test which proved I was not going dead, which is a good thing. Results of the PT welcome soon.

Doctor Thomas was great! He walked into the examination room and offered a handshake and introduced himself. He listened attentively while he took notes on his laptop. He had a good idea of what I needed to do but still took the time to examine my nose, ears and throat. He offered a few OTC solutions and provided a prescription to help alleviate my symptoms. Dr. Thomas is very professional and he is thorough with diagnostics and education. I like that he engaged in hand hygiene before examining the patient and greeting the patient. Front desk staff are nice and bathroom facilities are clean. If you are a new patient, do the screening paperwork on the online portal to save time and not necessary have to come in 30 minutes before your appointment time. I am asked to complete patient portal before every visit, I don't get the impression that anyone reads. Furthermore, I have to remind the doctor what was told or done previously, they need to have a better record keeping and reviewing. And every single time I have to wait and wait, not sure why the doctor can't be in the room on time! I have no doubt he knows his area, however, he needs to better prepared for his appointments and work on promptness. Dr. Thomas explains the promblem very clearly so you can understand it. He is a very doctor.

So far Dr. Thomas has been great. I went in last week with swollen lymph nodes and he aggressively what was ailing me in a timely manner. While there is no diagnosis yet, I trust Dr. Thomas to be with me every step of the way and I am glad to be entrusted to his care.

I’ve been a patient of first the older Dr. Thomas and then Dr. Stuart Thomas who took over after father retired. Over 12 years now total. I highly recommend Dr. S. Thomas for his knowledge and excellent bedside manner and patient care.

Total arrogant db, IMO. I don't like the way he treats lady patients. Silver spoon kind of person looks down on everyone.

Dr. Thomas is one of the very best specialists. He is well mannered and listened to me. I felt involved in my own care. He is not someone who just prescribes medicines.

I HAVE BEEN A PT OF DR THOMAS FOR A WHILE. HE IS SUCH A CARING DR. VERY MUCH A SPECIALIST. I FEEL VERY CONFIDENT AND COMFORTABLE WITH HIM.

Very caring! He was wonderful to our daughter! Great Doctor!

Dr Thomas has been treating my chronic sinus condition for more than 15 years. He has been able to help manage the symptoms, including intense headaches. I feel much better. He takes the time to listen to my issues and answers my questions.
