Dr. Epstein and his staff are excellent. They are always available to answer my questions and concerns. I liked the way they discussed the best treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Epstein. He is very knowledgeable and informative.

I have been seeing Dr Epstein for over a year now, and although I'm allergic to basically everything in Los Angeles and all kinds of food, he has been very supportive in the shot therapy process and helping me understand my options to live reaction-free and off meds. The staff is also wonderful! Debbie is always there to administer shots to get me in and out of the office quickly, Joy has helped me with some insurance issues when I was in between jobs, and Adriana works with my schedule for any future appointments and settling bills. The only downside is that I live over 40 miles away and teleportation isn't invented yet. I found Dr. Epstein nothing short of extraordinary while helping my son with his allergies. He went far beyond what I would expect. I never write reviews but with Dr. Epstein's exceptional attention to detail and adherence to CDC guidelines surrounding COVID, I had to take the time to write this post.

I have been struggling with allergies and eczema my entire life. Thanks to Dr. Epstein, my entire life was changed for the better when he identified a breakthrough treatment and pushed to get me on the medical trials. He did the same for my 6 year old son. Dr Epstein absolutely changed my life. I used to get sick all the time with sinusitis , the flu or a head cold. I used to take antibiotics every month. I was trying to understand why I’m always sick and it took me many years to find Dr. Epstein. He immediately found the reason as to why my immune system was so weak , fought with my insurance company to get the immunoglobulin treatment approved. I have not been sick in 3 years. In my book Dr. Epstein is the best thing since sliced bread. I have been a patient for more than a decade and I have nothing but excellent things to say about him and his staff. I have always been able to be squeezed in for an appointment within 24 hours of a call if not the same day. His office staff, office manage Joi is always on top of the situation and Nurse Debbie is nothing but a sheer delight. I would give Dr. Epstein 5 stars out of 5. What impressed me most about Dr. Epstein is that he himself makes follow up phone calls to make sure that the patient is doing well. In my book Dr. Epstein is the best thing since sliced bread. Dr. Epstein is a true professional. He took amazing care of me and my allergies for years, and often made himself available on weekends when needed. The staff are also both caring and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Epstein to anyone, and trust him to diagnose any of my medical issues.

I have been a patient of Dr. Epstein ever since my childhood allergies resurfaced when I hit my 30s. Starting with consultation and testing, he has helped to improve my quality of life through the management of my condition. His terrific staff, which includes Deb and Joy, is always available to answer questions and make sure I am provided with the best care possible. This long-term approach has been invaluable, especially during COVID. In addition to being up-to-date on CDC guidelines, which always involved everyone wearing a mask, Dr. Epstein revised the office check-in system so that people who needed their regular allergy inoculations could enter the office using a side door, thereby limiting interaction with patients who had scheduled appointments with the doctor. I have been seeing Dr. Epstein for about 10 years. In all that time, he has never failed to earn my respect and confidence. He always seems to be up on new development in the allergy fields. Dr. Epstein is great!!! He has a great manner that puts you right at ease. He was able to ask key questions to zero in on what he should be testing for! Especially in my case since I am older and never ever had a food allergy! All of his staff is very warm and welcoming. Dr. Epstein was able to get to the root of the problem, makes a big effort to ensure the treatment that is needed is correct and also takes his time with you. Their office had dropped masking requirements for patients and Dr. Epstein himself was frequently unmasked during my visit. My 11 month old daughter is unable to be vaccinated and I was very uncomfortable having her there for testing. I voiced my concerns, but I wasn't given any assurance they’ll change to be in accordance with current CDC guidelines regarding masking in healthcare settings. Dr. Epstein's reply to my concern was that his staff is vaccinated and has antibodies. Dr. Epstein is the most thorough, hand-on-care doctor I've had in a long time. He was able to get down to the bottom of my allergies and my immune system issues and is very involved in getting me healthy!

A few months ago, my allergies to food intensified, as did the allergic reactions, bordering anaphylaxis. In addition, I desperately want the vaccine. I’m allergic to several medications. Being a chronic pain in my own a**, compounding all of this, I have an autoimmune disease and can’t have adrenaline. I needed to find someone who could understand all of these issues and help me find solutions. I searched Google for, allergist autoimmune COVID vaccine. Dr. Epstein popped up first. I’ve been seeing Dr. Epstein for a few months. I need doctors to listen to me without judgement and answer all of my questions. I also LOVE transparency. If a doctor doesn’t have an answer and tells me, my respect for him or her increases exponentially. Honesty in medicine matters to me. Dr. Epstein checks all of my boxes. He’s smart, thorough, resourceful, and takes time to understand me, my situation. He presents options, roadblocks, and a pathway towards solutions. He’s a great doctor.

He’s been my immunologist for the last 8ish months and discovered my rare medical diagnosis and helping me receive treatment for that. It took 5+ years of worsening symptoms and various doctors before I was referred to him. He’s very good at what he does and I am very grateful I was sent his way.

I had the most horrible skin condition which lasted for years. I thought I was going crazy because my skin itched so badly all of the time. I saw Dr. Epstein who is extremely personable. He helped me when so many dermatologists could not. He did his testing and told me I was allergic to certain foods. Dr. Epstein changed my life !

We used to go to Dr. Epstein when our kids were young, and he treated all their asthma and allergies. So happy and relieved I found Dr Epstein. His expertise in allergies has helped me recover from asthmatic symptoms! Recommend highly!!! Effeicient ! Also his staff is super friendly and caring!

Knowledgeable, responsive, caring, and takes the time to fully understand the patient. Rare these days. Great staff, very fair prices (surprising for Beverly Hills); and all around A+ team. Super impressed and I am a tough critic. Five Stars

This Doc sure knows his stuff. His office is casual and fun, but they get the job done. Within the first minutes of me telling Dr. Epstein about my now 7-year chronic cough (for which I've seen so many doctors, lung specialists, etc. I can't even remember anymore), he knew what it was. He gave me a breathing treatment to try out, and within 25 minutes, it improved my breathing rate and lessened my cough by 13%. Dead on, brilliance! Dr. Epstein and his staff also have excellent bedside manner - always laughing and making all their patients feel welcome and at home. I wish all doctors were this capable and friendly!
