Dr. Steven Zambrano

I saw Dr. Zambrano for a fractured jaw in October 2022. I was very impressed by the facility and the staff. The office staff was very courteous, friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the office COVID protocols. Dr. Zambrano is an excellent surgeon. After completing his examination of my injury, he reviewed the X-rays with me and my husband and discussed in detail my surgical options and his recommendation. Dr. Zambrano explained the procedure to us in detail and answered all of our questions. He is very considerate, professional, and responsive. His staff called to see how I was doing on several occasions after my surgery and they promptly returned all my calls whenever I had a question or or concern during my recovery period. Excellent experience, highly recommend.

Spotless office located just one block from the Germantown Parkway, in Cordova. The front desk staff is very courteous either by telephone or when you walk in the door. Everyone was extremely professional, and the office is run with a charismatic vibe. Dr. Zambrano explained very well the process of getting wisdom extractions; he was honest, straight forward, and detailed-oriented. I highly recommend this practice.

I’ve had dental implants at a different provider and my experience with Dr Zambrano, by far, exceeded my previous experiences! He’s the best!

For 2.5 years, I had a plan with Dr. Zambrano for orthognathic surgery. Because of the pandemic, the plan was delayed. As time went on and surgeries began to be allowed again, my orthodontist and I attempted to contact Dr. Zambrano. He left a voicemail on 7/15/20 asking me to email him with when I wanted to get the surgery and what was going on. On 7/16/20, I sent a detailed email explaining what my orthodontist was thinking and when I wanted to have the surgery (December). On 8/3/20 the office emailed me to call them. When I FINALLY spoke to someone, they said they'd pass on the message. It took my orthodontist contacting him twice to get him to contact me. He scheduled an appointment for me. The day before, the office said he'd charge me a flat $1000 fee for surgery and I needed to pay $300 at the appointment. From the start this was supposed to go through insurance but when asked they said they were no longer in network, he knew that when he scheduled me again. Do NOT recommend.

Dr. Zambrano was truly amazing. I went in to have my wisdom tooth pulled, and when I entered, I immediately noticed that the office was immaculate. The staff were extremely friendly and the environment was truly professional. I believe that I am somewhat hard to please, but Dr. Zambrano exceeded all of my expectations. If you are looking for an oral surgeon that knows what he’s doing and takes pride in his work, look no more. Dr. Zambrano is your guy.

Dr. Zambrano is from now on my oral surgeon. Great service all the way!

I had my wisdom teeth removed June 8, 2018. I was nervous because I had to attend a business conference on the 14th of that month. I worried that my mouth wouldn't be healed in time. But, that wasn't the case with Dr. Zambrano. My mouth felt amazing! There were NO bad after effects, no abnormal swelling, and no pain (I actually didn't use half of the pain medicine, because I didn't need it). Dr. Zambrano is professional, friendly, welcoming and extremely compassionate. He's the best! 5+ stars!!!

Dr. Zambrano did a fabulous job. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. His office on the other hand, is gorgeously decorated and clean; it's normally pretty busy, but they manage to spend adequate time with the patients. This is the only surgeon I would visit if I need Oral Surgery in the future

Took my son to see Dr. Zambrano on Friday for his procedure and have nothing but wonderful things to say about his Surgical Center. This was my second visit to the practice and everything "from the front to the back" was impeccable and tasteful. As a healthcare provider I appreciate patient education, politeness, knowledge and most of all safety in handling patients. Dr. Zambrano and his surgical team definitely exceeded my expectations as a parent and professional

My 7 year old son had multiple teeth removed. Although my son and I were nervous prior to his extractions, Dr. Zambrano and his staff were excellent and made sure he was well cared for. His recovery was faster than I could have imagined and he had no pain after 24 hours. I highly recommend Dr. Zambrano and his wonderful staff.

I would highly recommend Dr. Zambrano to anyone that is has a fear of Dentists, Oral Surgeons, etc. He was extremely patient and was able to put my young daughter and wife at ease (they are both patients). He explained everything and had them looking forward to the entire process! The place is immaculate and the staff very professional, they made us feel very at home. I'd highly recommend him to anyone and will be a patient myself in the future.

Excellent experience with Dr. Zambrano and entire staff. The office is clean clean clean! It is very nicely decorated. Up to date equipment for X-rays that doesn't gag or hurt. Relaxing view. Kind and professional staff. They obviously strive for perfection. I had two wisdom teeth removed with no pain and healed without complications. They saw me within a couple of days of my call and was able to perform the surgery the day after my consultation. This place really is exceptional!

My experience here with Dr. Zambrano and his staff was beyond amazing!!! All the way from the ladies at the front to the ladies escorting you to the back. I was very nervous at first because Dr. Zambrano had found an extra tooth in my x-ray that my own dentist did t recognize! My appointment was 12/23/16 and I my swelling was down the same day. I didn't even have to use the pain medicine after the 2nd day. They were very thorough with their instructions to a safe recovery and quick healing.

Very concerned staff and dentist. The office is like going to a spa-very calming and beautiful surroundings. I required oral surgery on a fractured tooth within an existing bridge. X rays and explanations done by Dr. Zambrano in a very earnest and professional manner. I was so worried about having general anesthesia and pain after the extraction. I just went gradually into a deep sleep. Afterward I was given pain prescriptions but really did not need them. Amazing oral surgeon!

The procedure went off without a hitch. I've recovered very quickly and experience absolutely no pain post-procedure. The office staff are very kind and gentle when caring for you.

I have always been fearful of having dental procedures, especially extractions. When I went to see Dr. Zambrano, I had to have a large number of extractions. However, Dr. Zambrano made me feel comfortable with the procedure. He listened to my concerns, what I wanted done, and answered all my questions. Also, he explained the procedure on every visit and what I should expect. Further, the next day I could expect a call from his office to check on me!

I had a dental implant done by Dr ZAMBRANO several weeks ago following surgery on a scale of 1 to 10 the pain and discomfort following the surgery did not exceed a 1 at any time his staff called the following day and asked how I felt... And if I was ok... There was only minimal bleeding following the surgery. I would recommend Dr ZAMBRANO to anyone who needs dental implant or oral surgery......

Dr. Zambrano and the staff are excellent. They explained to me during my consultation what was going on and what was recommended in great detail. I love the fact that the staff followed up with me during my recovery stage after surgery.

Dr. Zambrano is great. He is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to his patients. His professionalism and kindness are well balanced leading to a great sense of comfort during my consultation to all the way to my procedure. For starters , I must say that this Man Dr.Zambrano has truly gifted hands. I had 12 teeth removed. I was completely sedated. Didn't feel anything. Afterwards I was never in any pain. No soreness. Like I went to my daughter graduation the next day. I kept waiting for the pain to kick in however it never did. His staff is professional and friendly. If you have a fear of having major work done. This is the place to be. Cordova oral with Zambrano. He is now my gifed hands DDS.

I neglected my mouth for many years and my wisdom teeth were wrapped around my nerve, so I was terrified and expecting a bad outcome after my surgery, but the whole process went very smooth. I didn't take any risks and followed all the instructions, I had some swelling, but very little pain. Dr. Zambrano is an amazing human being and is truly blessed to do what he does!

Dr. Zambrano came recommended after another Dentist botched a tooth extraction. He explained everything that was going to take place and made sure all of my questions were answered. His staff was very patient and very knowledgeable. His facility was immaculate. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

My husband was in severe pain after receiving an extraction where the root of the tooth was left in place. He was told he needed to see and oral surgeon to correct the issue and it was suggested he see Dr. Steven Zambrano. Dr. Zambrano was amazing and completely exceeded our expectations. He was informative and explained exactly what he would be doing. He provided exemplary service from start to finish! I would go out of my way to only see him for any oral surgery needs and you should too!

My daughter is only 10 and has a dental phobia. The ease of making an appointment and the staffs professionalism was top notch. Everyone made my daughter feel comfortable and at ease. After the surgery she had very minimal discomfort the first day. After that she was fine. Dr. Zambrano is great and I will definitely recommend his office to others.

the wait time is awesome-less than 15 minutes, Dr. Zambrano and his staff are very professional, they effortlessly make you feel comfortable and put your mind at ease prior to the procedure, I would definitely refer my family and friends to Dr. Zambrano

I've taken 2 of my children to see Dr. Zambrano for removal of wisdom teeth and I saw him about 6 months ago for placement of 6 implants to keep my dentures in place. I have tears in my eyes as I see the way my life used to be and the way it is now. I can eat and talk comfortably again. Thank you Dr. Zambrano you are amaizing!

I was there to schedule the removal of 3 teeth, one still had root and the pulp was infected, I also had a sinus infection at the time. I asked for pain medication until they could get this tooth infection reduced and until they could schedule the extraction. The pain in this tooth goes from my gum clear to me ear, instead of addressing concern, I was accused of being a pill seeker. When I again addressed this issue with him, we were shown the front door, this guy is nuts!! Beware!

He was very professional and pleasant. His staff made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Not to mention his office is beautiful and very clean. I will definitely recommend him to my family and friends????????
