Dr. Steven A Shapiro

I never give 5 stars, but I would give 100 for Dr. Steve! He has been my children's pediatrician since birth. Dr. Steve is amazing with my kids and really spends the time needed to get to know them. He is always there to answer questions and is extremely knowledgeable. I've recommended him to many friends.

He's just the best at what he does. Dr. Steve loves his patients. He takes his time with each one and you never feel rushed when you are with him. He's quick to get back to you when you have a question or concern. I always recommend Dr. Steve to friends who are having new babies.

Dr Steve is incredibly knowledgable and extremely patient. His staff is terrific and very well organized. I have never had a problem getting an appointment for the same day (for sick visits) and my kids feel very comfortable with all the doctors and nurses in his office. Dr Steve is an expert in his field of medicine, but has also given us excellent parenting advice and guidance as our kids have moved through various developmental stages of their lives. I highly recommend Dr Steve & PMA!

First met Dr Steve when I was pregnant with my first. He was the first one to check her out in the hospital and noticed something was not quiet right. His staff set up a consultation with a specialist right away....and has been with us through heart surgery and follow up care. I wouldn’t trust the care of my children with anyone else!

This is the easiest review that I have ever written. I met Dr. Steve in 2005. He has been a close ally and confidant ever since. I am a healthcare advocate for kids. Steve has volunteered his time and resources to help me succeed. We launched a program to provide free heart screenings for infants, and developed ways to educate pediatricians about the warning signs and conditions that lead to sudden cardiac arrest and death in kids. I wish he was my pediatrician. I'm glad that he's my friend.

Since my son was born we have relied on Dr. STEVE ,for over 14 years now. He treats us like family and we always refer friends to his practice. Clean office, always can get appointments same day. Friendly staff

We absolutely LOVE Dr. Steve!!! Every visit individualized specific to my children’s needs as opposed to blind protocol suggestions and diagnoses. My kids actually love going there!

Dr. “Steve” has been my children’s doctor since birth. They are Jared (19) Alexandra (14) and Isabelle (11). My whole family loves him and his family. He’s incredible at what he does.

I ADORE Dr. Steve. I met him in a professional capacity, as soon as I had my son, I knew I wanted him as our doc. I could not be more pleased with the care that we have received from not only Dr. Steve but all of his staff in the Norristown office. Amazing. You never feel rushed, they take the time to answer any and all questions you may have, regardless of how long it takes. Dr. Steve is brilliant in every aspect of pediatric medicine and I travel 45 minutes just to have his as my son's doctor!

Dr. Shapiro is a kind and caring doctor. He is patient and instills confidence in parents. The hospital misdiagnosed my son and he was able to correctly identify the problem in seconds. He always follows up. He is wonderful and I would recommend him to anyone. I have been seeing him for 15 years.

We've been taking our kids to Dr Shapiro for 9 years and have always had a great experience. Highly recommend!

Dr. Steve takes amazing care of our family — from our youngest baby to our oldest, teenage son. He finds a way to relate to each of them and they feel extremely comfortable in his care. His attention is real and his medical care is excellent.

Dr. Steve is amazing. I started seeing him 31 years ago when my premature baby was born. There were some complications and he was amazing every step of the way. He was there for all four of my children. He is an amazing doctor. He is caring and respectful to children and parents. There s no better pediatrician anywhere.

Very professional and knowledgeable doctor. Kids love him!
