If I could give him negative stars, that's what he would receive from me. He diagnosed my 8 year old daughter with psychosomatic pain, his actual words were "the pain is in her head." Turns out he misdiagnosed her, the guy missed 2 malignant tumors, one was 33mm. I am so glad I did not trust him and asked for a second opinion. I guess C's get degrees.
Do NOT go to see this Dr. Schulenborg if your child is an athlete. He will take your money by recommending an unnecessary surgery and end your child’s athletic season. Would give zero stars if possible.
Do Not take your child to this Dr. Schulenborg, he does not care about the child- especially if you are brown or black. If this is you, he is only interested in using you for your insurance to increase his bottom line and further distress and harm your childâs injury. Do NOT waste your time!
Dr. Schulenborg was seeing my son for a back injury, which had been treated with motrin and rest for over 6 months without success.... He insisted that the pain was caused by growing pains, and not an overuse injury and cleared him to play.... He was unable to participate the next weekend.... I was skeptical, insisting that the pain was activity related and sought another opinion.... MRI indicated an overuse injury in his back and needed to refrain from all sports for 2 months....
Amazing with my daughter who has had many knee issues! Love him.
Dr. Schulenborg was very thorough in diagnosis and treatment. He spent lots of time answering any questions I had and explained everything in detail to my child. He has an excellent way with children and made my child feel at ease.
Dr. Schulenborg was very good with my 7 year old son in diagnosing, treating and casting his broken arm. He was professional and very kind to him in the office. Dr. Schulenborg explained everything and was very thorough. He was friendly and easy to talk to with questions. Dr. Schulenborg takes his time with each patient and makes sure that the child and the parents are comfortable with treatment and decisions.
