This doctor is uncaring, unprofessional and remiss in supervising his staff. An unknown impairment drug was given prematurely to knock me out before surgery. But his nurse neglected to first ask if I had a living will, prompting the doctor to call Penn Medicine's General Counsel before proceeding. I was left over 30 min. with a debilitating drug in my system, and an extremely painful IV stick that hurt the bones and tendons of my hand. Surgery was then called off, and the medical records denied!
