Not only did Dr. Perman relieve my back pain, he educated me about my overall health (nutrition, sleep, and exercise). He explained what he was doing and recommending, often with diagrams so I could fully understand. He wasn't pushing anything, just answering my questions so I could make informed decisions. I looked forward to my appointments, not only for pain relief (which occurred in just 3 sessions), but because I felt Dr. Perman was concerned with my whole being, not just my spine. Lena, a 27 year staff member, was so friendly and helpful, I felt like part of the family right away.
