I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Palter, his team, or our experience at Gold Coast IVF. Dr. Palter and his team made what could’ve been a hard, sad, and painstaking process as easy and positive as possible. They were truly invested in my care. If you’re having trouble starting or growing your family, make this your first and last stop. They’ll help you make your dream a reality.

Where do I start? I have so many great things to say about Gold Coast IVF. Dr. Palter and his team are all amazing people. When I started my IVF journey I was worried and scared, but I can definitely say with Gold Coast everything went so much easier than I expected. Dr. Palter knows exactly what he is doing and he does it with so much passion. The office is very much organized and everything is always made clear. Nurses are also very supportive and do well at communicating with the patients. They make sure that all questions are answered and there is no confusion. Gold Coast also provides you with a portal where nurses leave messages on what to do on a day to day basis which I really like. Where do I start? I have so many great things to say about Gold Coast IVF. Dr. Palter and his team are all amazing people. When I started my IVF journey I was worried and scared, but I can definitely say with Gold Coast everything went so much easier than I expected. Dr. Palter knows exactly what he is doing and he does it with so much passion. The office is very much organized and everything is always made clear. There aren't enough words in the English language to describe how wonderful Dr. Palter and GCIVF are!! Compassionate, caring, empathetic, professional, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and just plain fabulous!!!! This is a "one size fits all" factory. You are forced to take medicine longer than you may need so that you align with the other patients going thru ivf that month. After a failed cycle I was left with a 2 minute phone call to tell me my eggs were all poor quality and that I needed a genetic test that would take a month for results.. after a month of anxiously waiting results I had to call them for the results which were fine. When I tried getting my records it took over a month. Luckily I just had a fantastic cycle at my new IVF clinic and shockingly enough my egg quality was great. Terrible wait times. Doctor is arrogant and lacks compassion. Do your research and meet with a few doctors before making a decision on where to place your trust. This is a "one size fits all" factory. The entire staff was so accommodating, kind and genuinely unique. They gave me some light during the darkest period in my life.

I remember when I prayed for all I have now and it would never have been possible without the knowledge and expertise of Gold Coast IVF. The staff there is what makes it standout. Before visiting Dr Palter, I was seeing a different endocrinologist at a different IVF center where I was treated like just a number and misdiagnosed. Dr Palter was able to correctly diagnose me with Asherman's Syndrome and endometriosis, which was contributing to my infertility. He performed laparoscopic surgeries to remove the adhesions and he was always optimistic for our case. Dr Palter was hopeful for me even when it seemed like the odds were stacked against us and that was a huge help. As long as I knew that there was an ounce of hope left, we would keep trying and I'm so glad we did. Now I am a mother of not just one, but two beautiful children. Being a mother has far exceeded any and all expectations I ever had and I still can't believe it finally happened sometimes. We get so wrapped up in our everyday lives that it's easy to forget all the tears shed, obstacles and different surgeries I had just to be able to carry a baby but sometimes I just stop and stare at our children in awe. Dr Palter and his staff create miracles and we are so blessed that he was our doctor. I am not sure we would have had the same outcome had he not been our doctor. Dr. Steven Palter at Gold Coast IVF is one of the best fertility doctors EVER!!!!. When I went to his office five years ago I had stage four endometriosis, eleven large fibroids, and scar tissue from previous surgeries. My reproductive system was a mess. Prier to going to Gold Coast IVF, I went to four other fertility doctors and they all told me I had a less then 2% change of ever becoming pregnant. I was really depressed and discouraged. After three years of dealing with other horrible doctors I finally went to Dr. Palter! Making the decision to go to Gold Coast IVF was the best decision I have ever made! He went above and beyond for me. After the first IVF cycle with Dr. Palter I finally became pregnant! Two years later I went back to him and did anther IVF cycle again and became pregnant with twins!!! So now I have three beautiful children all conceived with IVF from Dr. Steven Palter! He is by far the best fertility doctor in the ENTIRE world! I’ve recommended three of my friends to him and two of them are pregnant because they went to him! Dr Palter and his staff at Gold Coast IVF were amazing through our fertility journey. After going to 2 other Fertility specialists on Long Island, Dr Palter's office was a breath of fresh air. At other offices we felt like we were just another number and copay, at Dr palter's office we felt like family. At our initial consultation we sat with Dr Palter and he answered all of our questions and we never felt like he was rushing us out the door, he took the time to explain what our options were, which option he thought would be best for us, and what to expect going through treatment. When we started our journey the nurses were amazing! Very attentive, made sure we understood everything regarding medication (how and where to administer) i was very nervous being the one to give my wife her shots but they made me feel comfortable and assured me that I could do it! Nurse Gena held a class for us to attend and I felt 100% more comfortable giving my wife her shots after attending that class. Gena and the rest of the nurses (including Barbara and Ann Marie) would always greet us by name in the hall, even when we didn't see either of them during our visit. It really added to the whole "family" feel instead of just being another patient. Whenever we had questions or unsure of how to read results on the portal a nurse would always answer our questions and explain everything to us over the phone. I could go on and on about how wonderful our experience was at Gold Coast, we have even referred friends to his office and they are now patients of his, having a similar (GREAT) experience. Words cannot express how much I love this place. When I came to Dr. Palter I was heartsick and pretty much giving up that I could ever have a baby. the first minute I walked in I knew this was a special place. After so many doctors that told me No Dr. Palter told me he could help me. Every staff member made me feel at home and any time I had a question about my meds or treatment the nurses always answered. If I had to talk to him he is always completely honest but has never let me down and has always returned my calls when I needed him --no mater how late. It is really hard to have infertility but I am telling you it is worth it! Don't give up! Other infertility doctors told me it was too late for me but I gave it one more try with Dr. Palter and Gold Coast. Now I have my beautful daughter and I am so grateful. Best Fertility doctor EVER!!! Words cannot describe how highly I think of Dr. Palter and all the stuff at Gold Coast IVF! When I think of “my doctor “ that help me through pregnancy , the only person I say is Dr Palter. He made me feel so comfortable since day 1.... his office treated me as I was part of their family . Because of everything he did for me I was able to finally become a mom of two beautiful girls , and they are my heart! Dr. Palter and his wonderful staff guided me every step of the way , if I had any questions at any time of the day I would call and I would get an answer right away . One time I remember I was freaking out because I missed a medication ( it was 1 AM) and I called Dr. Palter ‘s after hours line and he call me back !! This is the most AMAZING fertility center anywhere. I went there after not being successful 3 other places and I read GCIVF had the top success rate in the USA! No only was I successful but the process was night and day better than the other places. It is run like boutique one on one center. Everyone knew who I was --- everyone knew my next step. Dr Palter was always available and made sure I was comfortable-- he tells it like it is but I was sick of doctors lying to me and just saying don't worry everything is fine. I LOVE his caring honesty and hate my old doctors that just quickly said what they thought I wanted to hear --only to be disappointed later. Dr. Palter himself has a warm and friendly bedside manner, and it is evident that he truly cares about every single patient. He informed me of my options, took the time to explain all the details, and helped me to come to decision that was in my best interest. I wish I did not have to give any stars to enter my review. Very unprofessional and cold hearted. Wish we never went there . Deeply saddened by this whole awful experience.

There are not enough negative words in the dictionary to desirable how awful this practice is. Not only is the doctor ( I use that term loosely ) money hungry his staff is one of the most unprofessional bunch I have ever encounter. If you are not rich or have insurance RUN from this evil, money sucking man. He left me so heartbroken and broke I am just recovering from the trauma he inflicted.

I would recommend Gold Coast IVF to anyone who needs help. Dr. Palter is an amazing doctor and I was very comfortable knowing that there is hope to having children. He has an excellent staff and answers questions and they also helped me through the process without any worry. I have 3 beautiful children thanks to the dedication of Dr. Palter and his staff.

Underneath the friendly veneer of smiles, hugs, and talk of miracles, there is an evil, ugly side to Dr. Palter's office. We were able to achieve natural pregnancy without the help of this facility. Staff is super rude. Made us wait for nearly 2 hours at our appointment where he told us we most likely wouldnt conceive naturally (meanwhile we were already pregnant when receiving the news). Only in it for the money and tried to upsell us on the very expensive IUI. Look elsewhere!

My experience with Dr.Palter was extremely awful. His bedside manner was phony. He is definitely in it for the money. After many years of trying to have a child this so called doctor gave me and my family false hope. I found a wonderful doctor and at the age of 39 we are 7 months along. This clinic staff is okay. Like I mentioned before the his bedside manner is so phony that one leaves his office feeling nauseous. I wish I did not have to give this quack any stars.

Dr Palter cares only about his success rates, not the patient. He will turn you away if your medical history is complicated. He tried to talk me into having a surgery to remove my Fallopian tubes. He said he would not do any fertility treatment on me without this surgery first. Well I trusted my gut and I didn’t listen to him. I left his office feeling hopeless and in tears. I ended up pregnant naturally twice after this consultation. Thank God I didn’t listen to him and remove my tubes!!

Please save your self worth, time and money. I give a tremendous warning to not use this doctor who is spread too thin among different locations and is so closed minded that you will never receive the attention and dedication your specialized case needs. This is purely a profit driven business, not a thoughtful family centered hospital.

After trying out two fertility clinics, I went to Dr Palter as a last resort. Instantly, I knew this would be different. He wasn't a pompous know it all like the other two doctors I had experiences with. He was blunt, and told it like it was. He was also understanding that we are human beings with feelings, that had been on a long, sad journey of infertility. His staff is kind and friendly. We never felt like we were in a baby mill, like we had with the other two places. Bottom line, pregnant!!

Dr. Palter will push you to the most expensive treatment that might not be in the best interest of his patients but IS in the best interest of his wallet. He pushed me and my husband into IVF, lied about what to expect and when the second round of IVF didn't work, told me to use donor eggs. Well, we went to a diff't doctor and, with IUI and obviously my own eggs, I became pregnant. He looks at his patients as $ signs, not people. And his staff (with very limited exceptions) is clueless.

Dr. Palter and his staff (very friendly staff) helped my wife to get pregnant with our first try at IVF. Enough said! We could tell that he is very dedicated to helping couples conceive and will do everything he can to help people with such goals.

Mr. Steven Palter is excellent at 1 thing! Traumatizing you into a decision that will line his pockets and benefit HIM. His bedside manor is horrible and majority of his staff is unfriendly. Every single visit I had was awful. The one thing I gained from his doctor visits was to trust my gut and not listen to a word he said. Now I have a beautiful, healthy 8 month old little girl. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to avoid unnecessary stress.

I wish all medical experiences were like the one I had at Gold Coast IVF. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt confident that this was the physician and staff for us. The office staff is friendly, attentive, and beyond organized. My questions were always answered, I felt that I could always call, and when I walked in they knew my name which was so comforting. Dr. Palter is a medical genius. He is thorough and completely involved in every step of your journey. I am currently 6

I never returned after my initial consultation. He looked at my age and treated me like I had zero hope and would need donor eggs, etc. He traumatized me so that I didn't look into treatments for a whole year. A year later, I went elsewhere, met an amazing specialist and am pregnant 3 months later to the day of our meeting. Go elsewhere.
