This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Drs office. I left feeling defeated and depressed. I will never go back.

Tried to make an appointment and request a call back, I still have not got a call back. I tried to call again a day later and I was put on hold for 37 minutes and when someone finally answered, they put me on hold again. After another 10 minute they hang up on me.

He’s a good guy. I don’t know why he gets so much hate. I’ve had a good experience with him. He answers all my questions.

They are wonderful Drs and PA's in this office along with all of the office help they are wonderful at what they do!! I have a rare disease called syringomyelia and they have been able to treat me and actually know about what I have !! I love my neurosurgeon Dr Shaui he is just amazing and always does what is best for me and what will help me the most at whatever needs to be done at that time and I know what I have had driven him crazy at times but he has always figured out what needs to be done!!! Thankyou to everyone there who has helped me and also my PA Elaina who has been amazing with me also!! Thankyou for the continuing care that you all give me!!!! Very professional staff. There is wait as you would see in any doctors offices but not as bad. Many doctors practice here and mine is an amazing physician.

Dr Lin is a good dr I am very happy with him

Extremely nice doctor. Very knowledgable and patient.

My first visit i wasn't too crazy. After coming a few times it definitely got better as far as him answering more questions. It could of been because there weren't many test to go off of at first. I like that fact that he doesn't just try to send you for surgery right away. He also explains exactly what can happen. I appreciate his honesty.

Dr Lin is way to talk to and the staff is nice too. He is knowledgeable and he even called me back to when I had an issue about my MRI results which the PA explained to me, not him. She swore I had pulled a muscle in both my neck and back but she must have misread the MRI. I will only see Dr. Lin from now on

The worst experience ever! Changed my fathers medication that he usually gets and we called 6 different pharmacies and they didn't have it so we had to return to get another prescription only to wait over two hours at the pharmacy because it's not an approved medicine...now we're still waiting at the pharmacy my father is in extreme pain and no word from the dr about another prescription. They contradict themselves and don't want to take patients. I've spent 2 days trying to schedule an appointment for an MRI with authorization in hand and they won't do it. Different information from different people. Also, I see a neurologist there. I do not recommend targee street. The Brooklyn office is a lot better. The staff is nicer. Dr. Shum's PA tells me one thing in an appointment and another on the phone. She was rude and it was uncalled for. They contradict themselves and don't want to take patients.
