I have been mislead by this office two times in a row. Not only was my appointment shorter than the time I spent waiting, I was referred to a different doctor that Dr.Kushnick doesn't have the authority to recommend me to. I've never felt inclined to write a nasty review but I recommend you keep looking for a different ENT.

Had to take my son here for object removal in ear. From the phone call to make the appointment to the check in I was met with TLC. The wait time was minimal and the doctor was friendly and thorough. He gave me all the information I needed. I was told by an urgent care previously that my son had an object in one ear and an ear infection in the other I had been giving him antibiotics two days prior. Dr. Steven checked the other ear to find another object not an ear infection. The procedure was quick and my 7year old did not jump or get scared. Quick and simple..

The location was very easy to get to. Upon entering the building, security was courteous & helpful. The place was clean with updated furniture and the atmosphere was pleasant. The receptionists were polite and the wait was speedy. Upon entering Dr. Kushnick's office he introduced himself and eplained every procedure that he conducted. He explained what steps Ineeded to follow and what medication was needed to improve my condition. I felt relaxed with Dr. Kushnich. He took the time to answer all my questions.
