Dr. Steven D Kleeman

I highly recommend Dr. Steven Kleeman as the best possible doctor/surgeon. He’s very professional and has such a caring heart for his patients.

Dr. Kleeman fitted me with one type of pessary when there are more than 5 types/shapes available. The type of pessary shape chosen depends on your body shape, just like bras. Because I didn't fit the one shape of pessary that his office stocked, I thought that surgery was my only option to correct my pelvic prolaspe. I went to the Mayo Clinic for a second opinion. I learned two things which CHANGED MY DECISION about surgery. Surgery only has a 75% success rate and that there is more than one shape of pessaries, not just the one, round shape Dr. Kleeman stocked. I made a decision for surgery because I didn't know that there were more pessary types/shapes than the one that Dr. Kleeman stocked. I feel misled because Dr. Kleeman didn't tell me that there were more shapes of pessaries! I am so glad that I went to the Mayo Clinic because now I have hope that I can correct my prolaspe with a pessary not surgery. If I could have chosen no stars I would have.

Apparently, three years ago I was injured during a routine colonoscopy, resulting in a blockage which had turned me into a near invalid. Since then, I've seen a parade of doctors who were of little help, but finally was referred to Dr. Kleeman. He not only diagnosed the problem, but after conferring with several other specialists, performed successful robotic surgery. Thank you, Dr. Kleeman and everyone else involved, I'm getting my life back!

Competent, caring, professional. Dr. Kleeman performed a robotic surgical procedure on me with excellent results. I would highly recommend Dr. Kleeman for any female health needs.

I am a registered nurse and have worked with physicians of all backgrounds. Dr. Kleeman made me feel comfortable from my first interaction as a patient. Dr. Kleeman is knowledgeable, professional and he genuinely cares about his patients. If you are considering pelvic floor reconstructive surgery, look no further. I am two weeks post op and could not have asked for a better surgeon or for better care!

Dr Kleeman was great! He was kind, compassionate, and understanding. I definately would recommend family and friends. He does make you feel like you are his only patient.
