Dr. Steven J. Howell

My initial appointment was brief yet thorough. He answered all my questions. I was impressed with his ability to explain my x-Ray, describe treatment options and make a non-surgical immediate plan with an evaluation in 3months.

I had a good visit. Went through the queue, them saw Dr. Howell shortly after I got to the exam room.

I really liked Dr Howell! He was very easy to talk too. My options were a total ankle or an ankle fusion. I felt like he gave me a very sound medical opinion. For that I appreciated a lot. He will definitely be doing my fusion!

His nurse Megan was nice and helpfull.

Very personable and kind. Thorough and explains well. Excellent surgical skills. Great staff!

Dr Howell his PA Sean and the rest of his staff are always very pleasant and do a very professional job. It is very much appreciated and helps to put your mind at ease about what's going on with your health

Although I had to wait a very long time to be seen, once Dr. Howell came in, I felt he took all the time I needed. He explained my options and didn't rush me to make a decision.

Dr. Howell repaired my badly damaged foot from another dr....since then I can walk much better now, he also listens to what I have to say. I’m so glad to be his patient because I know I can trust his judgement.

I had extensive surgery on my left foot and leg on December 22, 2016 I had a torn tendon in the front of my foot/ankle. Of course this is quite rare. They had to make multiple incisions. Its been over a month and I am still in a cast. Believe it or not I have not had one pain. I think so far Dr. Howell walks on water.

Dr. Howell performed foot surgery on my daughter and she had wonderful results. He was kind and caring and he always had time for questions. His staff was also very good.

Dr. Steven Howell is the best orthopedic surgeon for lower leg and foot. I had a major fall and he reconstructed everything and I just want to highly recommend him to anyone that is needing this type of surgery. His bed side manners are top of the line. He explains everything so the dumbest person can understand. He is TOP OF THE LINE. His PA's are also top of the line and they get a workout. Wayne Wilson

Waited an hour in the waiting room and then another hour in exam room, Doctor came in looked at X-rays, but not MRI we had brought, didn't ask questions left and came back handed a script for a $2000 brace. Very little communication and still no answers for what's wrong with my foot. Total waste of my time!
