Dr Gieser is informative about treatments. He listens to what you have to say. A very pleasant doctor. The staff is also very good when you ask a question about appointments and other things.

I like the way he takes the time to explain everything and provides that explanation in layman's terms. Also like no BS, just gets to the point and explains everything and answers all your questions.

Dr. Gieser is a wonderful physician. He always is encouraging and explains everything in great detail. I feel very lucky to have found him.

Did a virtual visit, which was appreciated due to the bad weather. Dr. G. asked a lot of questions, and we had good back and forth conversation. I didn't feel as if I missed out on anything by not seeing him in person.

I've never had a doctor call and give to me the results of tests he ordered right after he received and reviewed them. That was a very refreshing experience. When Dr. Gieser did that he told me everything I need to know about the quality of him and his practice. Doctors always have an assistant call or they have me review my records or make me wait until the next appointment. I need say no more.

I have been with Dr. Gieser for more than 7 years, and I have never had a bad experience there, the staff is very knowledgeable, and friendly.

Dr. Gieser, was very rude today to my mother about switching to another dialysis agency. My mother decided to go with another agency because of the unprofessionalism with Elik Dialysis! Monica Brooks, whom is nurse with Elik, went back and told Dr. Gieser some false statements about a conversation that she and my mother had! Gieser, called my mother and talked VERY RUDE to her! She was trying to let him know that she wanted him as her doctor but she was switching agency. Gieser told her he “WILL NOT” be her doctor because he didn’t work with the agency she’s going with! (But the agency that my mother is going with stated that she could keep Gieser as her doctor) Gieser also told my mother he did not want to see her tomorrow ithis month so she needed to call his office and cancel her appointment! I’ve never heard of such!!! The original agreement was for Elik to do my mother until Wednesday and that would be the last day. But instead, Monica tried to sabotage her!

Doctor is excellent, giving all attention and information needed to make decisions about treatment, current and future. The same cannot be said about the DNA office in Mesquite. They spend a lot of time talking (personal) among themselves and at times are unfriendly to patients. Also, it seems the doctors appointment times are double booked as wait time is sometimes lengthy. On my last visit I waited 50 minutes after appointment time before I actually saw the doctor.

Dr Gieser is very kind and thoughtful in is approach to you and your health. He spends time explaining test results to make sure you understand them.

Have seen him twice, a year ago and then a followup last week. He explains clearly with a gentle, courteous, soft-spoken, caring manner. He talked about the changes in my lab results since last year, and he related those changes to my kidney health and the relationship of my kidneys to the rest of my health, in my case to my diabetes and hypertension. I left his office understanding my health care priorities and felt positively encouraged to do my part to improve my health.

We are very lucky to have found a doctor who cares so much about his patients. Dr Gieser keeps a thorough check on my husbands kidney and always provides us with accurate data and advice.

Dr. Gieser may be a little on the young side as old school doctors go but don't let that influence you. He is one of the best. He truly cares about his patients. With him, it is not his way or no way. He actually listens to his patients giving you a chance to say what you think , then he agrees or disagrees with you and tells you why he thinks like he does. He is very good at explaining things in a way that is easy to understand. Once you are in his care, you could not be in a better place.

Can be a challenge getting responses from nurses and assistants when calling in with questions or prescription refill requests. Dr Viewer however is superb and does a fantastic job of answering questions and explaining what the lab results mean. He does a great job of outlining the plan for treatment and setting expectations.
