Although he has taken care of our daughter for 2 years, he is difficult to communicate with and nearly impossible to connect with (including his staff) for medical advice, scheduling treatments/appointments, etc. This is very frustrating especially when your child is in pain and cannot get through to him.
Urgent phone call were not returned until 2 or 3 days later (and that was with a lot of pestering). Met him only twice: initial visit and right before my son's endoscopy and colonoscopy.All other office visits were handled by his PA, incuding going over test results. Don't trust him to find the actual cause behind my son's problems. Feel like they are merely treating his symptoms. No rationale given for treatment plan, if so it's very sketchky.
