I really like and trust Dr. Feldstein however his staff is horrible. You can never reach them other than leaving a message hoping they return it. After leaving three messages from 11/9 /20, they finally returned the call 11/17 and stated my MRI was in clinical review when in all actuality it was denied on 11/9/20 and they wouldn't listen to me but blamed Zwanger for not updating there system. If they only returned my call and went the extra mile calling the insurance company they would have none this sooner. My insurance is changing on 12/1/20, and Dr. Feldstein was not a participating doctor so I tried to get this test in to start all over with another one. That too fell on deaf ears. If only the staff was a good as the doctor. If we go into medicare for all, I got it first hand dealing with this staff like dealing with the government. Thank you Dr. Feldstein for your care and hope that someday you will accept my insurance but I wouldn't depend on your staff. I really like and trust Dr. Feldstein however his staff is horrible.
