Dr. Burger demonstrates the warmth, courtesy and compassion of a tree stump. He doesn't make eye contact, doesn't smile, doesn't stand up to shake your hand when you offer yours. Definitely lacking in bedside manner regardless of how competent he may be. I'm amazed he's been able to keep his practice for so long.
